A list of puns related to "Token bucket"
Hi everyone! I want to present the library to provide rate-limiting in Java. Bucket4J - this is the most popular library to provide rate-limiting in Java. I invite each person to familiarize themselves with Bucket4J. We have been working for more than 7 years for the community and we want to make the library and open-source better. Bucket4J is used in many other libraries, such: Kubernetes client, JHipster, Atlassian, Twitch4J, and other popular libraries. Now we are going to huge release 7.0 with many features, we will publish about that a little bit later (in a few weeks). I hope on your support, we will be glad to your any contribution/suggestions/ideas.
Is it possible to derive aws s3 bucket name used for logs defined in infra module for internal-ALB created with terraform & terragrunt. I am seeking some other option except defining arn details. If there is some option like this i need the same for alb & region as well. Is it possible to derive this attributes from the internal alb's s3 state file.
I want to farm early to be ready the next time the Toy Story event comes by so I can pick up the Bucket 'O Soldiers spell. Does anyone remember what is needed to get all 30 tokens? I already have the first 10. I also have: 5* Chunk, 3* Big Baby, 3* Woody/Buzz, plus 18/25 tokens for Jessie, and 14/30 for next star Big Baby.
Edit: I just got Chunk's fifth start, so I'm hoping that's all I was missing. All are at gear tier 4.
I am planning on storing something like :
bucket first_call_time_stamp:remaining_num_of_tokens
I want to decrement remaining_num_of_tokens
until it is within time bounds. Once the time window has elapsed I want to reset both the first_call_time_stamp
and remaining_num_of_tokens
.
Which data structure is ideal for this?
My app uses FPDF to open and write PDF files to a cloud storage bucket. The PHP script that handles this has suddenly begun returning a 500 error. The error log shows a PHP Warning "Unable to acquire OAuth token" followed by another Warning "file_put_contents ... failed to open stream", and finally a Fatal Error from FPDF "Unable to create output file".
This script has been running fine for years, and in fact still works from my machine. I've received reports alerting me to the issue just this morning from various other users. I can't repeat the error from my machine, but it is clearly happening for other users. This script has not been changed in weeks. It has been working for everyone until this morning. Still works for me.
App Engine is using the default service account to gain access to the Cloud Storage Bucket.
Any ideas what could be going on? How can I modify permissions to ensure all users gain proper authorization when calling FPDF->Output() ?
EDIT: I began getting reports when users first logged on in the morning around 6:30am. I spent all morning and into the afternoon researching possible causes and solutions. Around 2:30pm the problem had stopped spontaneously. I hadn't done anything. I can only assume something had happened with the server, or Google was updating things? idk.
I'm reluctant to consider it solved though. It could occur again and I'd be just as clueless. Perhaps there is a weakness in my PHP code that makes it vulnerable to an uncommon server condition. I need to know the best way to use FPDF and GCS together. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
(apologies if there's a better place to post peer-review requests; LMK)

Bored at my day job, I was experimenting with gRPC and golang. I was trying to get my hands dirty with gRPC.
I am just starting with golang and just wanted to get some input from the community.
Folks,
We have an app similar to Dropbox where we store user's files in S3. The only way for the user to do so is via the app (similar to dropbox).
Due to valid privacy concerns, we want to restrict the access of that S3 bucket so the contents of the bucket can only be access from via the app - for which we've created the API token and use that to access the contents.
We don't even want the root account to be able to traverse the contents of that specific S3 bucket.
However, in the event that some administrative intervention is needed, we want to be able to grant a specific user account the ability to physically traverse into the S3 bucket and do whatever is required at that point of time. Once said administrative task is completed, the access should be revoked.
Have you folks encountered this kind of scenario? How would one go about implementing something like this?
Thanks for your thoughts
Something I've done on other firewall platforms, I don't find an equivalent function on PA. I'd like to rate limit ICMPv4 (any flow really, token bucket with a per second timer). I know that they can do with with ICMPv6, but they don't seem to be able to do this with anything else.
Am I missing something?

I need help on collecting the Mumbo Tokens in the Engine Room
I have two buckets of string. I want to find the closest match after tokenize the string.
is there excel formula to achieve this. I don't have 365.
Thank you so much!
Hey, Iβm quite new to nano and crypto in general, but Iβm doing my best to learn. Im interested in nano, however I do have a few security related questions.
1 - how is nano able to provide instant feeless transactions, while being a relatively small project and not being PoS or PoW (from what I know)?
2 - what kind of security measures are there in place to prevent attacks?
3 - why should I trust nano? It sounds like a great project with great intent, but what prevents a rugpull / other malicious actions being done by the project creators?
4 - how does nano prevent fraudulent / fake transactions from occurring? Basically, how are transactions verified.
5 - what contract is nano based on?
