I submitted my request directly to member records using advice found online on 9/3/17, I got a letter in the fall acknowledging receipt and being told a local Bishop would be managing this. Nothing since then. I signed up with quit Mormon 10 days ago and bam! I got a letter in the mail confirming removal of my name. 9 months is not okay. and I shouldn't have to get a lawyer involved. wtf.

Outlook 2019 - on prem Exchange - Online mode has 2 to 3 second lags all the time

I know; enable cached mode. We use Outlook on RDSH server with many users, I'm not adding 300gb of storage just to hold local cached copies of their mailbox, JUST to solve the lag.... not to mention deal with Roaming Profiles.

historically Outlook 2003, blazing fast, Outlook 2010, still fast, Outlook 2019, WTF ? Exchange server perf seems good to great. Looking at Connection Status in outlook, I see I'm connected via MAPI, with about 8 different connections (to same https://fqnd/mapi... address)

any advice?

edit: seeing "Packets Received Discarded: 31310" in Exchange Health Checker. might be it?

When I record my gameplay, I lag really bad.

So, when I bought my WMR headset 2 years ago I've been trying to figure out a solution so when I stream on twitch my gameplay (or record it for youtube.) It lags like hell. I use OBS, so does anyone have a solution to this?

I wish I recorded my games in real time to show the lag

I made a post previously complaining about the same thing. This time people come back to life after clearly seeing the ko effect on my monitor and Orion glitch around like time skip and mid match Im suddenly a stock down. My internet works wonderfully, so I blame BGM servers and PS4. My fps goes up and down 59-60-61. It never did that before this period of lag. Can someone from BGM tell me if this is widespread and that you're working on it? I'm playing in Montreal, Canada US-East server
