Anyone who have played Ivara can't but notice that the ability combo which comes to mind first upon reading up on her kit doesn't really work as it ought to. It seems completely natural that her noise arrow, which makes enemies walk towards the location you hit with it, should be followed up by a sleep arrow against the now grouped up enemies. The entire bunch can then be dealt with stealthily - that is, after all, a big part of her theme.
However, in the current patch, noise arrow is never worth using. The game has had a few issues with sleep and alert states throughout the years. Seekers used to be able to detect you despite being asleep, for example. While most such issues are fixed, there are still (at least) two such circumstances^β left that are found in abundance and 100% repeatable - Ivara's noise arrow is one of these.
Unalerted enemies under the effect of Noise will enter a sort of quasi-unalert state where anything that would normally inhibit them from changing alert state - that is, sleep arrow - stops applying. Go to the simulacrum, spawn a single enemy and fire a noise arrow followed by a sleep arrow. If you walk in front of this carelessly snoozing victim, their minimap icon will fill up as they "see" you. This ruins stealth combos, of course. Enemies can also see their friends' dead bodies, so two or more sleeping enemies under the effect of noise arrow can't be stealth killed easily if they're "looking" at eachother.
Enter the Redeemer. At release, firing it made no noise at all. After some tweaks it now makes enemies in its sound radius turn to you, but without really being alerted. If you fire multiple times the enemies might stil be alerted eventually, but this initial moment of being "interested but not alert" is exactly what the noise arrow should be. It is, after all, a lure.
That's the gist of it. Make noise arrow... slightly more functional.

tldr, Noise arrow makes enemies see you & dead bodies through sleep. Redeemer spooks enemies without doing this.
What's the proper interpretation of these points he's making? It seems to me he's saying that the majority of humanity requires a leader to show them the way to higher consciousness (as Christ did) and that this is simply an ineradicable evil of human nature.

Since I don't have any other chase cards yet and won't for a while, I was thinking of using the 17k from my SUB and purchases to buy something. I noticed that using the points for a purchase redeems at .8 cents each (so 17k = $135) while redeeming for a statement credit is 1cpp ($170)
I was planning to hoard them and use it for a vacation, but I work and have school so vacations aren't really a thing for the next 2 years. Was thinking about buying a 3d printer that I don't need to actually buy financially, but the points would make possible

I usually prefer 3rd person shooter games over 1st person shooter as it takes me some time to adjust to the latter (speaking from experience over Far Cry) but the games that I've really loved are -

I would also really like to play few online games with other people like Tekken, Fifa, etc. What is the current situation of games like these in India?

Ever since Autoparry was introduced, the Redeemer Prime (and presumably the normal Redeemer and the Sarpa, too) has been an absolute pain to use, as you cannot quickly fire it while being shot at. I think this is technically working as intended, as it wouldnβt be nearly as bad on any other melee weapon, but it makes the weapon pretty detrimental to even try to use on frames that lack CC or invisibility, as the main gimmick of the weapon is lost to the parry. Itβs pretty sad, as the Redeemer Prime is otherwise a very good weapon thatβs fun to use, but sadly itβs just broken now.
I'm 100% adamantly against playing any more WoW. I just don't have the time and the game isn't fun anymore.
I've been looking online for the past couple hours and haven't found an answer to this question but is there a way to use my WoW token to add to my blizzard balance when my sub had expired a few weeks ago? Im not swearing off other games at all and wanna get my moneys worth out of what i've grinded for, haha. I know that i can use my tokens if i resub, but that defeats the point entirely as that game really isn't worth my time anymore and im adamantly against it.
