As the title says this show was from the last decade, and the only scene I can remember is where there is a pop star filming a music video with I think 4 other backup dancers. She has either really dark brown or dark red hair, and she gets angry during the filming of the video, while the director and producers talk on in the background.

This is a scene where Batman is explaining to some (maybe Robin) why they have to wear masks. Its not just to protect their identities. It is mostly to protect the people they care about so they are not used as leverage in a situation.
