As we move into the home stretch and folks start to focus on the general election, Hillary Clinton says today, April 6th 2016, that she is not sure if Bernie Sanders is a Democrat. Well I have bad news for her and her “Clinton Party” if that is true. The Democratic party would then be a minor third party. Behind the Republicans, and I guess “the Bernie Sanders for President Party”.
Here the man comes in and from scratch and in eleven months helps in the rebuilding process of our struggling party despite open animosity and one of our candidates makes a spoiled child’s statement like that.
Here: Math is math.

That’s right. With full party support, unbelievable name recognition, complete corporate funding and support, multiple Super PAC’s, the main stream news media behind her and blacking out Bernie’s message with incessant Trump and Hillary drumbeats, she managed to earn nearly 20,000 less votes in Wisconsin in 2016 then she did in 2008.
Have we gone insane as a political party along with the Republicans?
And if we decide to select Hillary, or another establishment Democrat as our nominee, what then?
These passionate voters, this donation engine, and diverse and youthful coalition that Bernie’s team has created for the Democratic Party to perhaps reclaim its soul: where will it go?
In the end numbers do not lie. If you do not see that we have a deeply flawed candidate on one hand and an amazing Party grower on the other, well, you are blind or have benefited financially from Clinton family largess or are motivated by fear.
Look at ALL the Democratic leaning states that we MUST win in the general election to compete for the White House AND the Senate and House seats we must win also. Because we are learning that without congressional support we can’t even get a Supreme Court nominee vetted and rejected let alone pass ANY serious legislation helpful to the Americans middle class and poor that have struggled long enough.
After what we have learned about the corruption of the nomination process from counterpunch I believe any “Super Delegate” that has seen their state go overwhelmingly toward Bernie Sanders and does not support his candidacy needs to be examined as to why. I was watching this movie and loved the whole concept. The movie is from like 1983. If they were to make it now, who do you think they would cast as the main actress? What could they add to make it better?
Maybe this is a stupid question, but I have a problem in calculating my BMI due to the fact that my height has gotten smaller with age. I used to be 170 cms tall. Last time I measured, it was 167 cms. Blame my spine being compressed by 100 pounds of extra weight.
I am in the process of getting back down, and my goal is getting below a BMI of 25.
At 167 cms, that would mean 153 pounds (69.7 kgs) and at 170 cms, the cutoff would be 72.2 kgs or 159 pounds, so, a six pound difference.
So, do I use my present height or the one I used to have? Has anybody had a similar problem?
Watched it the other day and was thinking about how different it would be if they made it now. For those who have seen it, who would you like to see star in it, and what could they have added to make it better?
