There may be a magic cupboard that the characters put the cake into to make it magic. The boy is eating the magic cake to get smart but it only lasts for a short time. He ends up feeling bad about cheating. May or may not be a spelling bee that he’s using it for.

Back in 2004, Fox had a short series where celebrities were part of a gamified spelling bee. I would like to put on a similar game at my school, where teachers are put into the spotlight to show their spelling skills, on the same day as the students' spelling bee.
Instead of reinventing the wheel, I was hoping to find a video of an episode so I could see the structuring of the game itself: Teams, categories, rounds, and scoring. If anyone has a rundown of the game from memory, that would be fine too.
Offhand, I remember teams sending up players, and having the ability to choose a difficulty level. A couple of categories I seem to remember were foods and car brands.
Just what the title says, I got interviewed for the city newspaper after I got second place in a spelling bee, and after answering a few questions, the interviewer asked “Anything else you would like to add?”
I said “Big OOF to those who did not place.”
The newspaper comes out tomorrow.
