I am just starting to play Borderlands 3. I played the second game more than just about any game in my life. I really loved finding super OP weapon setups. What is this game like in that regard? Is there anything that really stands out?
I've been waiting since September when my gyno gave me a surgical referral. Some insurance hiccups and more appointments later, I got scheduled in November for 12/27. All-in-all, it was the best first surgery I could've asked for. I had no nausea after general anesthesia, and I've taken very minimal painkillers. It's kind of uncomfortable to engage my abs, and my abdomen feels super gaseous today from the surgical gas they pumped in there. My doc said she leaves some saline in there to reduce the referred pain from the gas and I think it helped! I haven't had any shoulder pain like I've heard some of you describe. 10/10 would do it again.
For reference, I'm 35, no kids, central Wisconsin. I'm happy to answer any questions if you have them!

Throwaway for obvious reasons. I'm a 25F who works in a predominately older male profession. Our team (all middle aged men except for me) recently hired a new supplemental employee who is hoping to move to full-time when we have hours in the budget. He's a 56M who shadowed me (a full-time employee) on his second day, when we had the following conversation.
Him: So I see that ring on your finger! Are you married?
Me: I will be in June! We can't wait! You mentioned your wife earlier, how long have you two been married?
Him: 35 years now!! We've got six kids, ranging from your age, roughly...how old are you?
Me: rolls eyes internally as I hate this question from my colleagues 25
Him: A baby!!! They range from two years older than you down to 16!
Me: Wow, that's a lot of kids...
Him: Oh yes, they're wonderful! I bet you can't wait to have your own and leave this job to stay home!
Me: Actually, we don't want children. And I'm not planning on leaving this job, unless I get boss' job! I didn't get a master's degree to waste it sitting around at home all day!
Him: Raising children is never a waste!! It's your greatest calling as a woman! I'm sure your husband will make you change your mind. He definitely wants kids.
Me: Oh, he doesn't. If he did we wouldn't be getting married.
Him: He'll change his mind! And he won't want you to work for too long, he has to provide for you!
Me: If he changes his mind, our relationship won't work long term. And he's a wonderful provider... I'm paying for our lives while he gets a doctorate and he provides me with a clean house and home made meals every day! It's wonderful!
Him: I bet you'll get married and have babies soon, though. My wife used to sound just like you but I convinced her to have just one and she quit her job and never looked back! That's why I'm working two jobs now, so she can continue to say home with our children.
Me: I thought you said your youngest was 16?
Him: He is. She keeps talking about going back to work, but I tell her to wait until they're all out of the house first. We need her to take care of us! And, if I can get full time here, I won't have to work two jobs anymore. Maybe I'll take your job when you go on maternity leave!
Me: That would work out so nicely for you! If only I was as easy to convince as your wife!
He has since asked me if FI will be "moving me" when he finishes his degree and lectured about how I should really consider letting FI "be the man" once we're marri

First I want to say how helpful and supportive this community is. It just blows me away.
Anyway, today I had a follow up after some tests and it turns out that I have a “practically zero” chance of ever getting pregnant, even with IVF. My ovarian reserve falls into the ‘extremely low’ category at a whomping 0.21 AMH. Apparently the former surgeries probably just increased the damage each time, in addition the adhesions.
I’ve had stage IV for a few years, 4 surgeries in 2 years, lots of pain and other life-altering symptoms, so I guess I knew it would be hard. To be honest, I was always a little on the fence about kids. But for some reason having it confirmed by medical professionals that my baby maker is officially broken just hurts. I tried to stay as pulled together in the appointment as possible because my husband had that I-just-got-hit-in-the-face look. It’s hard for him to understand, even if he is unwaveringly supportive.
I feel a little bit in shock, a little bit in denial and lot of wait, what!? I’m not really sure what to do now.
Thanks for reading. I just needed to share with someone who would understand the havoc this damn disease plays on the body, mind and soul.

As a 23 y/o female, it is extremely hard to find a gyno who will perform a sterilization surgery.
I'm hoping there are some people in this subthread in the DFW, TX area who were able to obtain a doctor who would be willing to perform the surgery. HALP ME NOT HAVE CROTCH GOBLINS
19 in the mag yet on a full mag reload it uses 91?!?? On a 1 mag reload it uses 23?!? Can someone explain this to me??? I’m dumbfounded.
