Kiryu leaving in 7. Does that mean Takaya Kuroda leaving the series?

For those who been a fan of the series & played Yakuza 7 Like A Dragon, we all see Kiryu leave & have Ichiban take care of things. But when I think about it does it also mean something else. It made me think that Takaya Kuroda is officially retired & leaving the series since Kiryu's story is over. So do you think he's retiring or maybe still staying? I say he's staying but maybe as other characters that's not Kiryu like another anime license game as another big tough guy, or voicing a new character in the main series. Maybe stay so to re-record lines for a possible Kiwami style remake of Kenzan if they plan to make it.
