So this is maybe not a bug, but definitely seems like an oversight on Blizzard's part.
You need friendly with the Cenarion Circle to summon the Duke of Cynders, who is needed for the first part of step 4 in the dungeon 2 quest chain. I had 300 reputation (out of 3,000 needed for friendly) when I hit 60 on my warrior.
This doesn't sound too bad, until you realize that there are no quests in Silithus aside from Field Duty and the AQ gates aren't open. That means the only way to get friendly is to either: 1) kill Twilight Cultists for 1 reputation per mob; or 2) run Field Duty 100+ times.
Twilight Cultists would be a reasonable option, but they aren't dropping their encrypted twilight texts. This means you need to kill ~2,700 cultists with no chance at their best drop.
Field Duty wouldn't be bad either, but the follow up quests from Field Duty can not be completed. You can open the the reports, accept the follow up quests, and complete the follow up quests... but you can't actually turn them in. For example, the turn-in NPC for the tactical assignments, Windcaller Proudhorn, is not in game.
To top it off: even if you go through all of this to get friendly, there is no way to currently get the Signet of Beckoning: Fire, which is needed to guarantee that the Duke of Cynders spawns. That means you have to farm the materials to spawn the dukes randomly (I have heard of people needing 10+ tries if they're unlucky...)
TLDR the rep grind to get friendly with Cenarion Circle is something like a 20-30 hour time investment, which is insane for one part of a small step in the dungeon 2 quest chain. IMO the best solution would be to add the turn-in NPCs so that you can complete tactical/logistical/combat assignment quests in Silithus. Also add encrypted twilight texts so that you can get the Signet of Beckoning: Fire.
Can't finish the quest no matter what game mode and no matter what weapon?
I tried it in Team Rumble and also in solos and arena, none seem to work. Have even tried spiderman gloves.
I love Beat Saber on the Quest 2, but I would like to add some fresh songs so I'm trying to set up Beast Saber. I got SideQuest, got it to recognize the Quest 2, got BMBF installed. But when I launch, it replaced the normal view with black empty space. The Guardian ring is there, so there's that. Any suggestions?

It actually affects treasure hunting and buried chest quests. I am quite new to the game but just couldn't get into how these quests work. Looking online, it seems there should be a yellow circle indicating where to dig, but I don't see this circle at all. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Playing A20 (b238) on Linux, And I have the first Treasure Hunter Perk unlocked.
Any help?

I have seen this asked around quite a bit, and some reference a clarification in the FAQ, but I have found no definitive answer nor specific FAQ citation in my scrawl through the internet.
So we all now every reality tv show gets an all stars season, how do you think it would work, and, who would you bring back?
Personally id bring back River, Chris, Ashley, Chloe, Courtney and Sammie. Im not sure if they'd do an all stars combining with international versions, imma be honest I haven't watched the international versions haha.

No matter what I do I never progress in the quest even if I have a epic gun or higher out when the circle closes.
