2 Live Crew's infamous -- record store clerks were actually arrested for selling the album -- and double platinum -- a great example of how being banned can increase sales -- As Nasty As They Wanna Be may be more talked about than listened to, but it's actually a thoroughly entertaining effort and as solid a album as the trashy party rap genre could have hoped for. In the first moments a sampled voice asks, "What do we get for ten dollars?." In a sleazy slow tone that might make Ron Jeremy blush, a hooker answers, "Everything you want" as the album begins to deliver on this street corner promise with the legendary "Me So Horny" ("me love you long time"). With a sample of Full Metal Jacket's Vietnamese hooker, a cheap drum machine, a fat bassline, and a simple set of rhymes that are filled with every cuss word, innuendo, and misogynist, knuckle-dragging reference to women imaginable, "Me So Horny" is the reason 2 Live Crew should exist. Nothing they or their leader Luke (Luther) Campbell recorded afterwards sounded as lean, as hook filled, and so instantly grabbing as the single. From the inner city strip clubs to the headphones of teenagers in the suburbs, the track was a massive guilty pleasure, one that could also fill the dancefloor in a second. The album that follows repeats and repeats this cheap and silly porno formula and miraculously stretches it as far as it can go. Divided into four sides -- one for each member, the only reason anyone remembers their names -- Nasty keeps it rolling with tracks that cap
... keep reading on reddit β‘As some of you might have already noticed Sony just revealed the new PS5 Controller 'Dualsense' and i think that (and the Blogpost belonging to it) indicate that Part II will likely be in our hands (Yes, physically haha) much sooner than many of us fear right now.
Despite the current state our world is in, Sony once more referred to a 'Holiday 2020' releasewindow (bare in mind, literally minutes ago). Now, under the current circumstances it would be totally understandable for Sony to stop stressing that timeframe for logistical reasons but somehow Sony seems to be confident enough to still say 'Holiday 2020'.
In other words the guys at Sony think it will be managable to manufacture millions of Playstations til then AND obviously the PS5's games and that is obviously hundreds of times more logistically demanding than the release of Part II.
Of course the covid 19 Situation will sadly get worse and Sonys current Plans may very well be affected by that, but FOR NOW 7 think we are looking at a delay of maybe one or at the most two months, considering the above mentioned.
This is obviously just my take and i'm open for cirticism and/or discussion but i feel pretty confident about this and i thought some of you might be interested. As many of you have noticed there was quite a lot of tention in the sub these past days and very heated arguments as well as many dissapointed posts of people sad about last weeks announcement so i thought it would be nice to have a more hopeful post about the delay!
Let me know what you think if you like!
After a lot of talk in the comments, I get to the conclusion there is no point to write more than the title itself and the following info. In order to keep it legal, you can check the whole information (Which I've received from thirds) on the comments section. Sorry if it sound I'm a insider or fake leaker or even a politician.
That's the really relevant info from what I've got.
Thanks to everyone who had patience to clear things out.
Is it just me or do you guys think that Naughty Dog and many other developers are revealing way too much during the marketing campaigns of their games? One example comes to my mind is Uncharted 4's E3 2015 Bike Chase Demo which spoiled one the best scenes in the game that I wish I had experienced on my own. I personally will try to avoid as much as possible of The Last of Us Part 2 marketing content from now on 'cause I think that I've seen enough. And I know that the game is going to be insane. I'm kinda stuck if I should watch the trailers to come or not, especially the story trailer which I think is gonna come out late June or July. I'd like to hear your opinions about this.
Every. Right.
If you want to go out and flex your impotent sense of superiority on hard working people you absolutely deserve the same treatment. If you go out in a piss poor mood and take it out on the waitress, she should be able to dish it right back at you.
Under no circumstances should a person be put in a position where they are forced to deal with a shitty person and not react naturally; to be forced to be nice to them. They do not deserve it. I don't care how much the waiter fucked up, you don't treat people like that.
Not a waiter myself, I'm a cook. But I see waiters and waitresses come in the back sobbing about some guy who called them a worthless dumbfuck or some 40s something cunt decided nothing was to her standards and took it out on the poor kid.
Fuck you people. You deserve worse than the title. Picking on and putting down defenseless people just trying to do their fucking jobs and make end's meet. All because they feel, I dunno, inferior everywhere else in life? So they have to shit on people "below" them? Fucking hell.
Third time today I've had to watch this shit happen. And we've only been at work for 2 1/2 hours.
Parents seem to be the absolute WORST offenders. Like popping out some ugly dickspawn makes you entitled to the world on a silver fucking platter or else you get to shit all over people and whine.
I hate families. I hate mothers and fathers. Such entitled pricks.
