Skins (series 7) Puns

So I recently bought the Braum Series 7 360 Flex from Sam's Club the first time using it caused irritation using it dry so the next time I shaved using it I did it using shaving cream and it tore up my neck and upper lip having multiple spots to bleed while using barely any pressure. Overall it did a patchy job and I was wondering if it's me or the razor. My beard both times was stubble. I was looking into it and I think its the flat blade middle section that is cutting my skin. I am strongly thinking of returning it and so looking into the market and everywhere I look is saying Braum makes the best so I am confused if its on me, thought I been seeing a lot of complaints about my version too. I would love suggestions if you have any I was thinking of the Phillips Norelco 9300 originally was interested in the Panasonic Arch 5 until I been seeing a lot of issues involving warranty and it not lasting long not to mention it has a similar flat blade middle which makes me nervous its gonna be a same situation.

My grooming habits are mostly keep it cut however I like to promote my hair by letting it grow out off and on. My trouble spots are my neck since they like to grow randomly. Which makes me think a rotatory system like the Norelco would be good. I liked the concept of the cleaning stand but if there is a cheaper more effective option I am open to it. My budget is under $200.

If Kyrie is the player he was last season, it's hard to bet against the revamped Nets, even with Kyrie playing only the away games. The three other main contenders as of right now seem to be the Bucks, Suns, and Warriors. I'm wondering how people think the full-strength Nets (with half-time Kyrie) matches up against these three other teams.

Assume that Nets have home-court "advantage" against the Bucks (so Kyrie plays 3 away games) and home-court "disadvantage" against the Warriors and Suns (so Kyrie plays 4 away games).
