A list of puns related to "Shangri La Colombo"
I used to think this album wasnβt perfect but after hearing it on vinyl Iβm now thinking it is. The songs I liked but didnβt love, I love on the vinyl version and Its like a whole new experience and I now look at it as a masterpiece. The only thing that would make it better is if they released the unreleased songs from these sessions on the same album.
I kinda thought it was boring andβ¦.. yeah. I just did not like it that much, just a personal preference.
I'm worried she's thinking of staging an intervention.
Shanghai-La is a fictional place depicted in the 1930s novel Lost Horizon. The hero, Hugh Conway, crash lands nearby and takes refuge there, where he finds life peaceful and idyllic. He eventually leaves, but regrets his choice and does everything he can to get back.
My question is: Have you found your Shangri-La, and were either able or unable to return?
The title says it all. I loved playing normal and mini golf, but since I got sick, I just haven't had the strength. VR makes it all real again for me, so PLEASE keep developing this game, and you'll have a lifelong fan!

I have a question concerning the effect of the musician of shangri-la, the effect says that [Whenever this card attacks or blocks, reveal the top card of your main deck. If it's a resonator, this card gains [+200/+200] until end of turn. Otherwise, return this card to it's owner's hand ] but when exactly should the top card be revealed in case of an battle using the musician? Does the effect trigger as soon as the attack (or block) is declared or is it trigerred during a specific battle step?
Ah yes, the most important Joker's Card for me. This is the first album I listened to by ICP and it was one hell of an introduction. Granted it probably wasn't the best to start out with, cuz I was confused by their mentions of the Dark Carnival and the previous Joker's Cards, but purely based on songs, it was an absolute ride. If there was an album I could listen to for the first time again, Shangri-La is the one it would be. So let's rank the songs on the album!
(Also for the record I'm not gonna be factoring the extra songs at the end of It Rains Diamonds and Ain't Yo Bidness into my rankings. If you want my thoughts on Bitch Slappaz and Soopa Villainz, the former kinda kills the momentum that It Rains Diamonds had though it is entertaining, and the latter is a really good short song that helped build hype for the Soopa Villainz, but both of them are kinda unnecessary)
Ain't Yo Bidness - You know this album is good when this is my least favorite track. Though truth be told, I tend to space out whenever this song comes up. Not because it's bad, but just for the fact that it's kinda barebones. Not that being barebones is inherently a bad thing, but when compared to everything else, it's definitely weaker. I do like the line where J says that he'll hang himself from a ceiling fan and kick you in the head, that was pretty funny. Though personally, I think The Night of the 44 off of Hell's Pit did the whole "say a line-pause-say another line-pause" thing much better.
Get Ya Wicked On - Some might disagree with this, but this is my personal ranking. I do like this song, but again like with Ain't Yo Bidness, it's low ranking is because of everything else on the record. I do bump this song cuz of it's not-giving-a-fuck attitude but there are songs on the album I prefer more.
Thy Staleness - This song is pretty fucking funny and entertaining. I always laughed my ass off during Shaggy's verse, and the end of J's fucking killed me. Not much to say except....stab, stab, stab.
We Belong - No it unfortunately does not sample the Pat Benatar song, but this one is pretty good. I like the message of accepting anyone into the fam, regardless of race, sexuality, or background (ya know, as long as you aren't a bigot) And the chorus has grown on me, especially because of the guitars in the background. While I'm on the subject though, this album has to be ICP's full-on rock record, since a lot of the songs on it have rock elements. That might have to do
