I will happen to find myself and my partner (we are 30ish) in the Phillipines for about a week. When we are done there we would like to add 7-15 days to our trip to see a bit more of South East Asia. We are somewhat partial to seeing something a bit more modern, some historical and cultural sites are extremely welcomes as well, we will have spent about a week in an extremely rural area and will probably find some admentitites welcome. To that end we are considering Hong Kong, Seoul, and Tokyo as destination but really haven't ruled anything out. As for Hong Kong or Seoul or Tokyo they all look very good but don't seem to have anything specific to one that really jumps out at us. Food, something techie, and museums plus some gardens would be wonderful. We have a budget of about 4-6k (low-end would be preferred) including getting to the Phillipines.
Edit: ok so the next stop isn't really southeast Asia but we wanted a bigger city next and connecting flight back to the states seemed easier through the stated cities.
6k is in usd. The time in the Phillipines is basically payed for so just need the ticket to there then whatever the next destination is and home. The ticket looks to be 2-3.5k for both of us round trip so is 2-3k usd acceptable for a 7-15 day stay in one or two of the listed cities?
Which city or perhaps other destination would you recommend?
While questing and lvling to 15, I would often come across quest mobs already being killed by folk already there. I would then immediately /i anyone I could see.
9 times out of 10 I would end up with a full group of new friends and we'd blast through the quest in no time.
Mob tagging gave an incentive to work together. It made the game so much more social and it was great!
