If that seems comically low it's because it is. It's a world record for total amount of money managed per employee.
The only similarly small number of employees for such a large amount of money under management was Bernie Madoff's ponzi scheme, which had $50bn under management with just 25 employees. Source

What benefit is there to having such a low number of employees? Lower costs yes but with the money they control and need to invest surely it would make sense for them to have more than just 13 employees doing this?
Or is it because it's easier for them to conceal fraud when there's only a handful of people being exposed to it and most of them have a large interest in keeping the fraud going.

Windows 10 Game Bar: this is an already built in feature that doesn't require any extra downloads. In order to access it you have to press the Windows and G keyboard buttons at the same time, and then click on the Record button. Then just open your Zoom Meeting as normal. You can then enable audio on the Game Bar to capture the audio of the meeting.
QuickTime Player: for our Mac users you can use this to record your screen. Once opened go to the File menu and choose the New Screen Recording option from the menu. Adjust the settings by enabling the microphone, selecting the quality at which your video is going to be captured, and specifying the location at which the file is going to be saved. Click on the Record button when you want to start a new screen capturing session and continue with your Zoom meeting.
VLC: Go to the Media menu, after you launch VCL and click on the Open Capture Device option and then select Desktop from the Capture Mode drop-down menu. Afterward, you can set the preferred frame rate by inserting a new value into the box next to the Desired Frame Rate for the Capture option.
Click on the arrow next to the Play button that is located at the bottom of the window and select the Convert option. Once the Convert window pops up on the screen you can change the video’s output format from the Profile menu or select the destination on the hard drive where the video is going to be saved. Click on the Start button to commence a screen capturing session.
iOS built-in Screen Recorder: iPhones and iPads have a built-in screen recording app that enables them to capture all activities on the device’s screen. So, in order to record a Zoom meeting from iPhones and iPads, you just have to start a new meeting and then head over to the Control Center. There's a housing boom in my area and builders are lowballing HOA rates. When a community is large it may take years until you take over the HOA and find out the real maintenance budget of your community. My community just found out we have a $54k a year deficit and our HOA is going up 60%. Examine those HOA Management records before you buy so you know what you're getting into.
Hey everybody. It's my first time posting here. So I'm dealing with a shady property management group in Baltimore Maryland and I have a final walk through next week. I want the walkthrough to be accurate and to not get charged for a bunch of bs that we didn't break. We only been living here two weeks! Is it legal for me to video record the walkthrough? And if it isn't what other options do you all recommend so I have proof that nothing is damaged in the apartment.

Because I'm bored at work, here's my own personal taxonomy for classifying the politics of sketchy bands or artists. These aren't perfectly clean divisions, eg a lot of "mainstream" conservative chud positions increasingly overlap with the far-right and YMMV as to where the lines are drawn and how much it matters whether the politics bleed into the music. But whatever, it's just for fun, take it for what it's worth.
Dingus: generally centrist or apolitical, maybe liberal. Stated views are not particularly gross, but they probably complain about cancel culture or people being too sensitive. Tends to prefer "both sides" criticisms. Maybe just being an edgelord for shock value. Typically more annoying than intentionally malicious. Examples: Nergal, the guy from UADA.
Chud: Openly right wing. Views more or less in line with mainstream conservative politics. Some are more outspoken/assholish than others; this may influence how much you can tolerate them. Often conspiracy-minded to varying degrees. Examples: Jon Schaffer, Dave Mustaine, Tom Araya.
Nazi: Espouses nationalist/eliminationist/white identity rhetoric and symbols, or is comfortable hanging out with people who do. Conspiracies always come back to the Jews. May use folkish/pagan imagery but this is tricky and not necessarily a red flag in itself. All of these dudes seem to have one side project that is unambiguously fash. Examples: a whole bunch of black metal guys, obviously.

At the end of November, I put in an “official” request via email giving my 60 days notice to break my lease with my apartment. My lease was set to end in September but, due to employment change, I needed to leave in December.
3 days before I vacated the apartment, a new property manager took over. Tenants were not made aware of any change coming, we just were informed that the property manager changed day of.
I’ve been paying my lease and I paid my relet fee and returned my concessions BUT the previous property manager had a very odd way of keeping track of what was owed. I essentially paid a little more each month, so as not to use my concessions. Not a big deal but their log wasn’t very user friendly. Their leasing specialists were always helpful, even up to when I told them I was breaking my lease; however, they told me they would give me a final bill on my official end of lease date.
The problem is that this new management company seems to have NO clear idea of what is going on. I’ve called and emailed multiple times to pay whatever my outstanding balance is because I’m pretty sure I still owe 2 months rent, as a penalty for moving out early. When I tell them I need to pay my outstanding balance…they seem adamant that the only thing I owe is a water bull and that I actually need to receive money back from them. It doesn’t make sense because this seems to indicate that the concessions are still in my account (resulting in the negative balance) and, possibly, that I never paid a relet fee. But they don’t seem to understand or want to deal with my questions. They just have said their waiting on the water bill to arrive and I likely won’t owe anything.
Did I just get lucky or are they going to call me back a few months later and tell me I owe a ton of money?
Hello IM community. I work in a department trying to leverage the RM functionalities in GCdocs to Lifecycle Manage Information. Needless to say there are a lot of challenges and I would be interested in hearing about any success stories or nightmares experienced by others doing the same thing. The big question being: is ANY department effectively lifecycle managing information in GCdocs?
Does anyone have any professional certifications in the RM field?
I've been looking at the CRM/CRA, IGP, and CIP certs and would love some insight from anyone who has these.
Also, for anyone who's a member of ARMA, how much is the IGP discount? I can't seem to find it on the site.
