A list of puns related to "Psycho Nics Oscar"
I loved Willyβs Wonderland and it was exactly what I thought it was gonna be- badass Cage and blood. Any Mandy/Mom and Dad/Grand Isle/etc. fans?
I know he gets a lot of hate but Iβve really loved his independent stuff in the past few years. Most of it is creative, fun, and I guess a little cheesy. Itβs great if youβre in to that type of horror :)
These two doctors are exceptional with transgender healthcare and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in Australia. I'd also ask for them and their clinic to be added to the resources page!
I began seeing Dr. Oscar Walsh on the 15th of May 2021 after being refused affirming care by another clinic. It only took a few weeks to receive HRT from Dr. Walsh who utilised the extensive experience and knowledge of Dr Brayshaw. Walsh was extremely polite, using my preferred name and pronouns exclusively as well as being sufficiently knowledgeable about the process and effects of the medications, admitting holes in the research when they came up (such as magnesium salts' effects on the E-patch, which is understandably very niche). We worked together to set up a plan that worked with my situation (chronic illnesses and many allergies) that is safe and cautious, without being restrictive (I will be adding Progesterone despite the lack of research after confirming the safety and effectiveness of E and the anti-androgens.)
Dr. Brayshaw, while I didn't personally interact with him, is incredibly passionate about trans rights and our right to appropriate affirming healthcare - he's even done speeches on it and joined panels supporting it! If you are in southern regional Victoria and having trouble with gatekeeping, I'd recommend you see Kardinia Health at earliest convenience! While it is a private clinic, medicare rebate will give you a decent kickback, and the costs aren't excessive.
> Batum conducted an over two-hour Twitch interview with First Team, where one topic was the potential returns of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George.
>AllClippers reached out to multiple French translators to give a rough translation of what Batum said about Kawhi and Paul George.
>"We hope that after the All-Star break or early March they will come back," Batum said. "Before leaving for the trip Tuesday morning, I went to do my covid test and went to the gym, and I saw Kawhi sweating, working out. Heβs trying to come back, I donβt know if it will be this year, I am hoping so but I donβt know. If we get them in the next six weeks (a whole month before the playoffs)... We have a base of players around them who have a good level."
>Steve Nash at shootaround had no updates on the playing status of Kyrie Irving, Nic Claxton and James Harden. That will be determined closer to tip-off. All practiced fully. How did they look? βHandsome,β Nash said.
>Steve Nash said Joe Harrisβ rehab has been trickier than the Nets were expecting.
Yep you're gosh darned right, it is I, the renowned actor/producer/polymath/polygamist Nicolas Cage.
So, uh, listen, okayyy. I heard from Jared Leto that being mostly vegan most of the time mostly helps your acting by allowing your face to move more better and, uh, I was wondering how true this was and if being animal product free precludes collecting human skulls and the shrunken heads of tribal South Americans?
Lastly, and this one's a biggie...I mean, oh boy, this'll be a deal breaker right here... Do I really have to make regular quinoa sacrifices to Joaquin Phoenix in order to maintain my place in the Hollywood Illegumeinati, like how Brad Pitts does all the time? Because that's not cool, man. I hated Walk the Line. Shoulda cast me, gosh darnit!
Irritable Vowel Syndrome.

2021 was my toughest year to date. My relationship broke down and it meant I had to move back to my parents and not live with my 8 year old daughter anymore. I spent a few months using alcohol to cope and spiralled into a complete mess - mentally, physically and financially.
Back in September I decided to change. No longer would I always choose the easy path of instant gratification. I read Atomic Habits and Psycho-Cybernetics and these 2 books have changed my life.
In September I gave up alcohol and started repeating these same things every day. I have missed the occasional habit, life gets in the way, but the books mantra is "never miss it twice."
My daily schedule for the past 4 months is:
0600: Wake up and listen to the Wim Hof Guided meditation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tybOi4hjZFQ&t=30s
07:00: Walk 10,000 Steps
08:30: Cold Shower + then Pushups
09:30 - 16:30: Work [I upskilled and learn web design and marketing and now work freelance, using the Pomodoro technique to break my work day into small chunks]
19:00: Study Japanese
20:00: Write/Record music
22:00: Bed
The benefits of taking the hard route is paying off, I have cleared my debt, lost 20lbs, feel unbelievably positive all of the time, passed my driving test that I was putting off for 10 years due to anxiety, have planned a trip to Japan next year to test my speaking skills, recorded a music EP that I started a few years ago.
Once you learn to focus on the process of completing these tasks, and not results, the temptation to quit goes away. They are just part of my life now.
If you are low on motivation, remember this:
"Whenever you are presented with a choice, ask yourself which option you would prefer to have taken in ten years." Erik D. Kennedy
I really urge anyone wanting to stick to healthy new habits to read these books and give it a go. I was the laziest person you could imagine 6 months ago. Anyone can do this with the right guidance and attitude.
*Thanks for all the amazing feedback. I understand this daily schedule is intense. I started with just the daily 10,000 steps and reading the books. As I got more motivated I added the others. Nearly 5 months in so far and feeling more motivated than ever to continue. Good luck, you got this!
Edit: To clarify, I donβt really mean the Oscar part literally. I just personally really enjoy this performance, thatβs all.
Personally, I love this movie. But I know opinions were split (haha), and I understand why. But one thing I think a lot of us can agree on is that James McAvoyβs performance (performances???) was incredible. I wish he won an award. The differences in each personality, down to facial expressions and dialects. The way you can tell which personality heβs portraying without their name being said or a change of wardrobe.
McAvoy continues to be one of the most underrated actors of a generation. Every performance Iβve seen him in has been incredible. But Split (2016) is just next level.
I plan to start off by using the track at the Nic and then ease my way onto the machines and then onto the weights. Does anyone who has undergone weight loss have any tips or anything that you guys can share that kept you motivated or how you managed working out and school?
Edit: Hey guys I seen all your comments and Iβm really grateful for all the nice words of encouragement and information you guys shared with me. I feel really confident now, I will let you guys know how my first day goes!
