A list of puns related to "Practice management"
Always look into the doctors background, including their colleagues. One clinic I was at, my previous doctor was indicted for medicare fraud, turns out they had a previous clinic that they shut down after a scam and restarted under a different name with the same exact doctors.
Analyze the rest of the patients in the waiting room. Look for several patients that look like they're there for just a fix, seem confused, or when other patients complain about the services, if this is happening at most visits, your clinic has different motives.
Urine samples that are left out in the open.
Doctors who don't do physical assessments.
When a doctor can shuffle through more patients in a day than any other doctor can in a week.
When the staff looks like they're run down/exhausted all the time, or agitated with patients and vocally express it after they leave.
Bodily fluid stains on the waiting room floor and chairs.
Dirty/unkept bathrooms.
Doctors that won't explain a procedure when they offer it and just say it's safe. A good clinic well have a pamphlet and give you time to think about it instead of rushing you to get it done on the spot.
Places that reschedule often or screw up appointment times.
Take caution when a doctor has a plan that only involves injections. That means no type of pain medication, muscle relaxants, anti inflammatories, etc.
When a doctor refuses to prescribe a medication and doesn't provide an answer.
When a doctor tells you there's no need for surgeries, even if you're a candidate.
When you only see an assistant for the appointment and never a doctor unless it's for a procedure.
When a doctor/physician assistant tells you they don't prescribe pain medicines unless you've jumped through all of their injections further down the road, and then maybe give you the lowest dose possible.
These are some of the encounters at several offices I've been to that claim they will manage your pain but usually have a different agenda to maximize profit over giving the best care. If you question their techniques, don't think for a second they wouldn't throw you under the bus to make you look like an addict or criminal, they are the final say in what goes in your medical records, and urine tests since they're usually outsourced and you never see the results, it'll follow you where you go.
Be very cautious on what you to do or say if you notice some of these, if you run into these situations and decide to leave, make sure you get a copy of your m

The way they handle their mistakes is pretty daunting and I was pretty shook by their superficial attitude. You may read the screenshots of exchanged text msgs between Windemere and me for proof. To view them in order, click my profile name and you will be re-directed so you can check photos uploaded by me only. A little bit of background:
(5/4/21) Windemere posted unit 0*1 priced at $1690, I called Windemere for the 1st time for information and the rent price. Before I had a chance to fill out an application it was quickly taken a few hours later.
(5/6/21) I noticed unit 0*1 was available again but priced at $1730, I knew it was the unit from 2 days ago because of the same unit number. I called Windermere to ask about the price change from 2 days ago. The agent (male) told me the price reflects the renovated unit because the unit will be renovated before a new tenant moves-in summer of 2021. I called once more to ask about the unit and confirmed the rent $1730 (w/ renovation) with another agent (female).
(5/6/21) application filled out for unit 0*1 and holding deposit $100 + app fee $52.46 = $152.46 paid
(5/7/21) pre-approval email received
(5/7-11) Exchanged emails between UDR's move-in specialists to provide proof of income and complete cosigner's application (additional $52.46 paid) to be fully approved.
(5/8/21) Approval email received. Was asked to confirm move-in date, additional parking, any pets, and was informed welcome letter will be prepared
(5/10/21) Received text from someone who did not identify him/herself and announced rent was inaccurate, adjusted rent price to $1854. See attached screenshots. Since I confirmed the rent multiple times before the application, paid the deposit, was fully approved, and was waiting to sign the lease, I couldn't understand how they were so cool with raising a large sum of $ so suddenly with a shallow apology. I first asked for a refund then asked for ways of negotiations (2 weeks off, adjusted $1800, etc). Shouldn't they try to work this out since it is an error on their part? But instead they put down every suggestion I made, with excuses like Housing Law, who's going to fall for lies like that lol. They also tried to blame me for applying too early lol (typical shady management act, blaming the tenant), but I called them out that the unit was posted almost a week ago and they had plenty of time to update.

Additionally, what hinderances/inconveniences are there that make you beyond frustrated with the software you currently use?
Hey, Was just wondering if there is any way for me to practice this in a custom game? I haven't found such a thing as of yet.
thanks =)
If you need to get better at fighting, you go to a karate class.
If you gotta get smarter, you go to a school or university.
If you want to get more muscles, you go to the gym.
Where can you learn and practice anger management?
This class gave me mental breakdowns, happy to be done with it, I have never wanted to cry so bad.

Hello everyone. Currently, I write a thesis on Infiltration and Inflow and associated environmental issues. The emphasis of the project is summary of best practices for managing infiltration and leakage of nutrients into the environment.
Maybe some of you know which cities (preferably, in northern hemisphere) have succeeded with managing I&I (esp. infiltration)? What organisations have worked with the projects? Any relevant information is welcome.

Hello everyone!
I have a huge report that consolidated different data from our ERP and MES system.
Unfortunately, not all data can be sources out of these systems. Roundabout 10 excel sheets are refreshed and maintained manually.
These excel files are located within a Sharepoint accessible for 10 users.
Are there any best practices and learning you could share in this context?
