A list of puns related to "Politics of India"
I was looking over the major nations in India and I noticed that the Dominion of India was the only one that didn't have a politics tree to guide its progress, just the election near the start of the game. This inspired me to produce a politics sub-tree for the Dominion, with the aim being to allow for divergent paths for each ideology, as well as offering new directions that the Dominion could go in.
To start with, I produced a central connecting tree with the four democratic ideologies representing paths, as well as a path for a possible Authoritarian Democrat route, with the tree ideally unlocking after the passing of George V:

Liberal and Unionist paths
Examining the Market Liberal and Social Conservative paths first, I decided to join them together with a shared end goal of government reform, with a constitutional monarchy in line with Canada at the game start, as well as some industrial and economic focuses to share between them. The focuses are more based on the overall ideologies, rather then the specific parties, as any lore on them could change with an update:

This would then lead into another section of the tree, shared with the Authoritarian Democrat path, for reforming the Dominions government, with a balance between a upper house of Princes and a lower house of elected officials. I'll cover this path at the end with the similar government path for the Social Democrat and Social Liberal paths.
Home Rule and Swaraj paths
For the Social Democrat and Social Liberal paths, I felt like they would take a different overall direction, with a different end goal vs the Market Liberals and Social Conservatives. For these parties, as I am interpreting from their names, a more independent India would be more likely, one forming into a republic or federation. To that end, I designed their paths with a similar mindset as the other ideologies, with a different end goal in mind. I also added the ability of the Dominion to trigger the Lucknow Summit, which would operate in a similar way as it does in game. I added the possibility of a United Social Democratic India to stay in the Entente, although this should be difficult to achieve, as well as a focus on accepting Radical Socialist'

Pakistan has played such an important role in Afghanistan. Pakistan supported the Taliban (just look at where Osama was hiding), and the Taliban have often used safe havens in Pakistan to launch attacks on US troops in the country. Ethnic groups in Pakistan such as the Pashtuns have major ties to Afghanistan.
If Pakistan didn't exist and was just a part of India, what would Afghanistan look like today? Furthermore, if the Soviets invaded Afghanistan in the 80s, that would mean Soviet troops are directly on the Indian border for most of the 80s. How would that influence Indian foreign policy?
but what about the others. Can a few people shed light on some of the other politicians doing good work in their constituencies or someone that has impressed you with his ideas for the future. I'll start, Varun Gandhi has impressed me quite a lot. He has grown a lot from his hate speech days. His editorials both critique the lapses of the current govt. and the past ones without necessarily badmouthing anyone. He offers solutions. And the more I read up on him, the more I'm impressed by his work. Would love to hear from someone in his constituency. Others can chime in with their thoughts too.
