Does anyone have the planet claire sessions stuff? I found one website, but its all in french and the links are broken. (www,planet-claire.org).
That’s all I can remember
It’s been incredibly exciting watching the Planet Zoo streams from Gamescom - and it certainly gives a lot of us envy about what ‘could’ be - most likely in a sequel given the understanding of the game we have. That being said, there are still key areas where we all hope JWE can be improved. It seems very apparent to me that there are likely a host of features that will be held back, until they can be properly engineered in a sequel - but there are still some things which I think are worth seeing in the game we have:
- Redwood/Sequoia trees/ biome: the trees themselves, fallen logs. Ferns and lead litter oon the ground instead of grass. Shale to create rocky river beds like with the Stegosaurs in The Lost World
- Unlock a sandbox mode once you 5* a challenge mode Map. We ALL want Sandbox outside of Nublar!
- some form of colour variation/ skin variation with our guest buildings
- some form of variation with our Paddock fences, like the indominus wall, or the spiked fences from JP3, or the original design wirey electric fencing from Jurassic Park.
- more natural scenery decorations
- and of course. Most of all. The one thing we have all been waiting for. Raptors that look like the ones in the movies.
The thing is. I personally believe all of these would make for fantastic DLC content - and I would certainly rather pay for ANY of this than even more dinosaurs. We have far more dinosaurs than most of us would want to fit in a park. They generally form the same function as the dinosaurs we already have. So why not put some other content in DLC that will significantly benefit those of us who still love building parks?
I'm building a space playlist on Spotify which was inspired by the Carpenters' cover of "Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft", and includes stuff like "The Galaxy Song" by Monty Python and "The Purple People Eater", along with some less goofy but nonetheless more light-hearted fare like "Across the Universe" and "Satellite of Love" by Lou Reed. I'd appreciate recommendations of any sort that involve space, aliens, and/or retro-futuristic themes, especially stuff that's not too melancholic or somber-- though I'd be grateful for any new discoveries!
