Despite intial impressions, and espeically after the 2nd almost too generous update, the battlepass is fast as shit.
You'd have to really try not to get at LEAST a level a day playing even an hour. A level a day, in a 160 day battlepass you're obviously going to finish far before it's up. I think nearly everyone who plays on a regular basis, hardcore or casual, will be done weeks or months before the next one as well. You can easily get 10 levels without even really trying the first couple days new challenges are out if you're taking advantage of double XP. Even if you don't get them all done. Like your first few games for the weekly reset, it's going to be a level a game if not more. I've had a few times now gotten multiple levels in a single game with double XP, plus first game/2nd 3rd game bonuses, and a challenge or two. All doubled.
All that being said, last week was the first week I didn't get all my challanges done because I had less motivation to grind since I have the battlepass done.
I'd really like to not have to finish the entire set of challenges, challenges which main reward is XP I no longer get at all, just to get a single skin or emblem or whatever every single week. I absolutely want to still earn it somehow. Just don't want to do the entire set of challenges or worry about that every week especially if they are EXCLUSIVE to that week for the life of the game.
does anyone know of they rotate? If we will be seeing these items again just like we will be seeing soilder again in the store?
If not it's whatever. I don't NEED every single piece of possible customization or my head will explode and I'll roll over and die like some people seem to think on this subreddit. Like "omg they are selling armor?? But I NEED every piece to have any enjoyment in the game. If I don't have every piece it's ruined! Might as well kill the game now! It's not like I can just not buy I if I don't like the price, what are you a shill?? " Lol. I'd like to get everything I can, but I certainly don't need it all. Am I actually rather happy with the insane amount of options I already have. Took me years to come anywhere close to the amount of armor and customization options in any of the other games lol. Think people forget just how long it took and how quickly infinite will have the most in the game, not even including things other than the premium battlepass. For a little background, I've recently gotten into making backing tracks of video game music using Midi Files to play the Guitar along with. I recently downloaded the PokΓ©mon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald [GBA] Soundtrack (Ripped by Exabyte U) which also has soundfonts ripped directly from the game. I usually like to work in Pro Tools (just my preference of workflow) but I don't think it supports Soundfonts, and I can't seem to find any Plugins specifically that would work well with this. Usually when I download a Midi file the author will either label the tracks so that I can tell which track pertains to what instrument, or I can apply an Xpand instrument and listen to tell what instrument I should assign to the track. Even if i can't get the Soundfonts to actually apply to their respective track, if i could tell which soundfont goes with which track I could simply choose a Similar Instrument!
To clarify I'm pretty much here for general advice about Midi, including possible tutorials for identifying Midi Tracks, DAW's or Plugins that will allow me to use Soundfonts, and any other tips for quickly assigning the correct Virtual Instrument!
Any information or programs that can help identify each individual Midi Tracks instrument would be awesome to! I'm relatively new to this and it would definitely speed up my workflow to get a better understanding of Midi! Thanks:)
I have had a few jobs in my adult life, most with retirement accounts and other benefits. A couple had "rewards" points you can cash in for valuable things like giftcards. Getting access to those benefits is a huge hassle, and sometimes impossible once you leave, especially if you don't leave on good terms. When I am at work I can just search the company directory for the correct info or contact person. Sometimes you can just ask your boss. Ex-employees don't have that access. Save the info now while you can, and put it somewhere safe outside of work's reach. Years later when you are trying to organize your retirement benefits you will greatly appreciate it.
Say I have a 25 x 25 grid of divs. How should I keep track of where a give element is? Say I click on one of the "cells". How do I get it to console.log "this cell is in row blank, column blank"? I have these cells stored, but in a matrix it's not the most efficient thing to go through each item and say "is this the cell I'm looking for?" (I'm not even sure how that would work considering the cells are "identical" in a sense.
Any ideas?
