A list of puns related to "Oliver Buff"
The new indoor practice facility is also home to track meets, with the weight room just feet from the track

On his IMDb page it says he died in 1989 from a "diving accident", yet other sources online are saying he died a year later of a gunshot wound and the dedication at the end of "The Abyss" was only added in the special edition.
I cannot find any definitive answers about this, as I cannot find any credible sources.
If you can help, please provide evidence along with your answer. No one in /r/movies tried answering. Maybe /r/scifi knows their movie history better?
First I'd like to say that I've only recently found this sub and I enjoy it very much. I am impressed at the thought and insight many of the comments reveal, and I'm glad that it stands alongside /r/AskHistorians to help people like me gain a better understanding of history.
Some background: I've been listening to Mike Duncan's Revolutions Podcast (if you haven't yet, start listening! His History of Rome series is also incredible). Mr. Duncan mentioned in a recent episode that Oliver Cromwell considered emigrating to the colonies with his allies when he was still a relatively minor member of Parliament, and that he would have if the Long Parliament had not passed the Grand Remonstrance.
The questions:
How would British governance be different today if Cromwell had left after a failure to pass the Grand Remonstrance?
How might he have influenced the politics of the nascent American colonies?
For bonus points: how would this have impacted relations between Britain and their US holdings? Would his influence hasten the American Revolution, or would there have been a revolution at all?
Thanks for considering the questions, feel free to respond to just one or all. I look forward to your comments!
As the title says, I'm curious what units everyone things are going to pull forward post balance patch. My predictions are the following:
Some of the other units like Beth, the ninjas, and Thebae, I am less sure about. I dont think the Woosa or Qitian Deshang nerfs will change much. Son Zhao Lao buff is nice... but should have been better. I'm curious what everyone else is excited for and where they think the meta will move.
Also...Salt...Salt...Salt: Craig and Dorothy still suck. I'll get in line with trinity and Jaara owners waiting for their LD5s to be usable.
I used a friend Olive 7* who was oddly equipped with Rico's Wingsuit (it doesnt have any ATK so I find it odd)
I went to test Immolation Blast damage it said "MISS" on Olive instead of getting killed.
UPDATE: NEWS JUST CAME IN, THIS IS NOT INTENDED AND WILL BE FIXED ^SOON
I just want to break this down for anyone who might not have him or who may be confused on exactly what he can do. Let's entirely ignore the 33% speed lead for just one second, because the crazy part is that that's just the cherry on top right now. Also just stating that this is not a discussion about violent procs - This is about Oliver.
Here's what Oliver can do in battle, in this order;
Etc. Etc. Etc.
In short, he can endlessly turn cycle as long as he gets the violent procs to do so. Much akin to Diana who can endlessly turn cycle due to her skill increasing ATB by 100% leading into her transforming mechanic, into a violent proc etc. (Who I also don't agree should be capable of this)
But it's not just turn cycling. He can decrease the cooldowns of the entire enemy team one by one with a single violent proc. And push their ATB back 100% twice and 30% twice respectively.
I am not a hater of violent procs. I understand their inherent nature to the game, and I do think that they can be worked around and accounted for. That being said, I firmly believe NO unit should be able to use violent procs to endlessly turn cycle in this manner due to their kit allowing them the power to do so.
Oh btw. He has a 33% speed lead FFS. I didn't expect that to be the part of his kit that I'd be mentioning last.
What are your thoughts on this buff? Should they keep it? If not, what do you think could change to balance this out?

SMALL CLARIFICATION: To summarize the post - It's the ability to eternally cycle that I take issue with. I don't think any unit should be able to do this.
