I would think they would write scrips first, in case they stutter when doing the unboxing as there isn't any re-doing the opening if they make a mistake in speech.

I just found this subreddit, and thought I would throw out a search I've had for a while now. I don't actually expect anything to come from this, but what the hell.
To follow the subs suggestions:

The book is fiction. I believe the low fantasy genre with immortals, but nothing like crazy magic or dragons.

The book follows some immortal children that have lived for hundred of years or longer(I think). They don't have the mental capacity of children due to their abundance of life experience, and they tend to have large amounts of money and knowledge of the world.

I can remember two notable characters, vaguely. One of them was especially old, maybe thousands of years. He spoke, while sitting on a tree branch at one point to a couple of other immortals. He was warning them about the other character I vaguely remember. The only thing I remember about the other one was that he may have been looking for a map or artifact and was killing some of the immortals.

I believe it took place during the industrial revolution, but this may have been the 2nd book of the series. There was a scene that took place on a train where one of the immortals ran in because the two immortals he was waiting for didn't depart. He found a grisly murder scene with them decapitated.

This may have been a 3 book series with each book between 400 and 600 pages, maybe.

I think I read this in late 2000s? Maybe 2008 - 2011. I dont know if it was new. I would presume, based on the writing style, and similar themes I had read in other books that it was written no earlier than 1990. This can be taken as a wild guess on my part though.

I think I bought it with a series of other books. I was cruising through books at the time, and would basically just pick one up among the collection I had.

This was probably a late teen book. Not a lot of sexual material, but definitely gruesome murders revolving around immortals who had the appearance of 12 or under.
Some other notable details: I don't think the characters knew why they were different from the rest of humanity, but the mystery may have been a driving plot point. Some humans and institutions such as banks knew about the immortals. I believe it was a hard cover book.
I will certainly update this post if I remember more. I stopped looking a few years ago. No one I talk to about this seems to have an idea what I'm referencing.

I think Doug Wilson’s timing on replacing DeBoer makes a little more sense in this context.
I mean seriously what was the point of Rey or any of the hero's in this trilogy?! All you really needed was some force ghosts to just pop up and shoot some lightening on the bad guys or grab a lightsaber and cut their heads off the end!
So I work in grocery store bakery, and recently we got a new aspirant manager. She worked for us for over a year, but just got promoted. So now she is in charge of the schedule.
And I have no fucking clue what’s she’s doing. I booked off the 29th of December in August. Out of the two shifts I had that week, one of them was the 29th.
She keeps messing up my availability, putting me on shifts when I can’t work, and saying I am not available when I am.
And this week she changed my two shifts. I was supposed to work today for 8 hours, and Saturday for 8 hours. So 16 hours total.
Then they took away my Saturday shift and replaced it with a 4 hour shift on Wednesday. Forgot the store closed early so canceled my 4 hour shift. They the. Forgot the store closed early today. So my 8 hours shift is now 6 hours.
So I went for. Working 16 hours to just 6,
She’s writing the schedule without a clue of what she’s doing. It’s hurting my pay check. The bakery manager is pretty annoyed, comparing it to a chicken running around with his head cut off.
To clarify, not really looking for angsty, emo stuff like MCR or AFI. Looking for a more grown up version of this music and haven't had much luck. Thanks :)
