A list of puns related to "OKra Records"
FINAL UPDATE: I've learned thanks to u/There_are_no_gods slapping my brain with the wrinkle brick that the registry only shows Cede & Co along with direct registrants; NOT Street name like my assumption. Ergo, only shares oustanding, not total number of shares in existence. I do not want to drop $510 on court fees to find out the current percent of DRS'ed shares. (Though will chip in if someone else wants to.) For now, I'll shut up and wait for RC's next move. If anyone wants to pick up the legal torch, we also have the right to request any documents listing the total number of votes received for the board election - however that is not cut and dried and will require a lawyer for even a chance of getting it. Good work apes, we found a dead end for proving the thesis. Back to the drawing board.
UPDATE EDIT #2: 10/1/21 According to USPS, the letter will be delivered by 9PM. Once that happens, the clock starts for another 5 business days. Assuming I won't hear from them, I'm setting up an interview with a Delaware attorney to discuss having them file for me - there is a method for combining claims like this which would reduce costs of each of us filing separately. I'll put up a post with an all call for those want (and have been ignored 6+ days) to join in a couple of weeks.
UPDATE EDIT #1: No response. Sending a notarized, certified letter today 09/24/21.

Months ago at the annual meeting a lot of chatter went on about the shareholder list. See the linked DD above - it's not my work but worth reposting especially now.
Now, don't get me wrong, I really don't want to see each and every ape sending the IR team an email asking for documents. I do want to see that registry, though and haven't seen anyone post about it here or on the verdant sub.
So, I sent IR an email explaining who I was (a shareholder) with proof (a pdf of my Computershare account) and purpose (the shorting alluded to in the SEC filings could have a material impact on my investment.) I also mentioned that in the case of health concerns because of the pandemic, I would reimburse them for a reproduction of the list.
Now pursuant to Delaware code 8Β§220, this request needs to be done in a "written demand under oath". So I fully expect to be ignored as this was an email and not a notariz

HOLY wall of text. I'm so sorry in advance!
ASSETS AND LIABILITIES
Total Net Worth: ~$500,000. I originally put $510,000 but I can't math. Sorry about that!
Retirement Balance: ~$160,000. As soon as I started working my first legal job, I made sure to max out my 401k every year.
Stock Account: ~$250,000. Just a boring mix of index funds and bonds. Admittedly, I put in the entirety of my savings into my investment account when the stock market dipped back in March 2020, and that has been a huge chunk of my gains.
Cryptocurrency: ~$40,000. I've been putting in about $125/week on-and-off for the past 5-6 years into my account, though I forget from time to time (note: a lot). I'm fully prepared to lose this money if things go awry in the crypto space, and for the time being, I don't feel comfortable having crypto being more than 10% of my net worth. I'm not quite sure how much I've actually put in, but it's probably less than $10,000 to date.
Savings Account: $35,000. Aiming to raise it to $50,000.
Health Savings Account: $15,000. I max this out every year but I am considering switching to regular old insurance since I'm getting older and my bones are getting creaky. Reddit, what are your thoughts on this? I'd love to see the discussion re: HSA with high deductible insurance v. regular health insurance, especially those that have decided to switch over one way or the other.
Checking Account: After the rent, credit card payments, and transfers to other accounts, usually around $500. This week I'm at $22 because I messed up doing maths.
Credit Card Debt: Usually from $2,000 to $2,500 in a given month, which I pay down every month. On a bad month it can get up to $4,000. I charge everything that I can to my card.
Student Loan Debt: $0. I graduated with about $110,000 in debt after university and law school, but I aggressively paid it down two years after graduating law school. I went to university on a partial scholarship and law school on a full scholarship, but I wasn't as educated on fiscal responsibility and took out a lot of loans for living expenses, etc. I learned my lesson painfully. My parents wanted me to learn fiscal responsibility, so they adamantly did not pay for college or grad school (not sure if that rationale makes sense to me to date, but oh well). But, my parent's safety net has always been there and I'm so thankful for that.

This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.
I won't be doing that today!
You take away their little brooms
A farmerβs work is never done. Youβd think that in the winter when there are no crops to tend or hay to mow, there may be some time to take a break, and thatβs somewhat true, but not really.
Winter is actually one of the busiest times of year; in addition to taking care of the animals, clearing snow, and keeping things running, you need to plan and prep for the next year.
Winter appears to be a time of sleep and relaxing by the fire, but for a homesteader, there is no such thing. If you have cows to milk and chickens to feed, then you still have to take care of that. Then there are all of the other tasks that you have to do: clearing the roof, bringing in firewood, making impromptu repairs.
Winter is a great time of the year to make a plan for what you need to do in the spring, summer, and fall to make your homestead successful.
Weβve put together a calendar of things to do in the winter to help make your homestead successful all year round.
Check your Stockpile
Winter is a great time to check your stockpile for several reasons, but the primary reason that weβre adding it to the calendar is so that you can decide what to plant in the spring.
If youβre running out of green beans but still have a ton of corn, you can adjust your crops accordingly. Plant more beans and less corn. The same thing goes for canned meals and condiments. If youβve just about eaten all of your beef stew and salsa but still have a ton of chicken soup left, adjust accordingly.
You can also determine whether youβre best using your crops. Say you had a bumper crop of apples and made pie filling, applesauce, apple cider vinegar, and apple butter. Now youβre out of pie filling but still have 32 quarts of applesauce. It seems like you may want to adjust how you use your apples next year.
Make a chart and record your findings so that you can compare to last year and make your adjustments. You donβt want to use your entire stockpile.
Itβs good to have enough for a couple of years, but you donβt want to can 6 monthsβ worth of apple butter and 5 yearsβ worth of okra, especially two years in a row.
Concentrate on Your Herbs/Winter Crops
I donβt know about you but I love herbs. Theyβre great for adding flavor, and for using medicinally. Since theyβre easy to grow inside, you can grow them year round. Since youβre likely slam busy all summer and fall, wait until winter to harvest and store your herbs. This is a good time to make your essential oils
