The body of laws surrounding the sexual offender registry strike me as ham-handed and horribly unfair to some individuals, but business is business. Is it ever worthwhile to hire someone with special skills who only made a technical violation of the law as interpreted by an over-zealous prosecutor? It's so hard to find good employees these days. Would such a hire make a business more susceptible to lawsuits? What about the experience itself of having been tossed into prison? Is that inevitably an additional risk factor that might reasonably justify refusing to hire an otherwise qualified individual?
Edit: Should have said that the position isn't for caregiving of any kind, which would be a different kettle of fish. Blanket discrimination would still be arguably unfair in that hypothetical situation, I know, but reality sets in quickly for utterly necessary business insurance coverage.
What is BSC Registry ?
BSC Registry is a website which references new cryptocurrencies present on the BSC.
The total supply is 10,000,000,000 REGISTRY. The max supply is the same amount. So, there will be no more REGISTRY created.
At each transaction, 4% of the amount will go to the liquidity, it's the only fee present on the token. They are no fees when you buy a promotion for a token.
You can add a token to the "All tokens" list for free. In this list, tokens are sorted with their upvotes number.
When someone buys a promotion, 80% of the REGISTRY tokens are burned, and 20% go to the treasury address.

How the promotions works ?

Any advice for January new tax hires to catch up to speed quickly? Just spoke with my boss, she is the one advocating for me for the higher ups to approve. Right now my pay has gone from 14.70 to 16.85 immediately, at least I think, as Iβve not signed the agreement. I started in public in January fully remote and I've heard people on this sub say that the new hires that started during covid are already behind. How true do you think that is and how bad is it? Is there anything you'd recommend remote new hires do to compensate or catch up?

I understand in principle the idea of how coaches are paid, be it to leave or to come on board. The state kicks in x amount of dollars which is not nearly enough and then the boosters/donors pay the rest of the way.
What is the real process of that look like though?
Do they have all of the money for a buyout always on hand? Do they have to raise it when they move to fire the coach? If they do how do those conversations go? Is it like "Hey are you unhappy with this situation and if enough people say they are in would you kick in to make it happen?"
Do constituents of donors form coalitions to approach the AD saying "we've got the money, make it happen?"
Similarly for their contracts, do they hold all the money for the length of the contract in escrow, do they agree to pay yearly to cover the cost?
