Cell Adhesion Molecules

Please help me remember these. I know cadherins because it starts with a "C," CELL-CELL. I confuse integrins and selections. And do you guys think the card for "Cell Adhesion Molecules" is a bad card the way the definition is written? When I look at it, it makes me assume that it's talking about Cadherins.
