A list of puns related to "Netherland America Foundation"
Starting off, I am a avid fan who loves urbanism, public transit and The Netherlands. Looking into reasons that America sprawled and The Netherlands didnβt. I think one of the biggest factors was the crime rate. The Netherlands has such a low crime rate. Only 121 people were murdered in 2020 last year. It has one of the lowest crime rates for all the EU. This is compared to the US where crime has declined since the 90s, but is still one of the highest in the world. San Fransisco has about the same population as Amsterdam but is Nearly The Most Crime-Ridden City In The US. You have a 1-in-16 chance of being a crime victim. From that standpoint it makes sense that people wouldnβt want to live in cities in America. This is not just seen in SF, but so many others across America. As much as I love lessening sprawl and bike/walking I understand the American position when it comes to crime. As a American, I donβt want to live in a place that has so much crime and that is often hostile to biking/walking. I think that if crime ever comes down to Amsterdam levels we might see the movement take off more but I honestly donβt think we ever will. I think my biggest questions is How would you lessen the impact of Crime on urbanism/public transit? Do you even think crime is a factor?
I recently started looking at this sub and damn, america is wayyyy ahead of us dutchies man, you guys got legal weed farms, prepackaged pre-rolled joints that aint rolled in a shady coffeshop, whole jars of weed you can just buy in dispensaries, good quality control, i gotta say I'm kinda jealous of your level of legalization (in the netherlands it is a grey area, technically illegal but simply tolerated by law enforcement, growing is illegal above three plants meaning that legal coffeeshops have to illegally source weed)
the job market in the US is also wayyy larger compared to the netherlands, i tried to get a job in the weed industry but there is simply nothing at all in south holland, for a country known for its weed we sure have fallen behind.
Anyone relate?
Hi,
Friend of mine, Krzysztof, rents some space in Antiekcentrum in Amsterdam for his gallery of polish contemporary art, and one day we've got an idea to start a foundation main focus of which would be promotion of polish art in The Netherlands.
At the moment he has contact (and contracts) with artists such as:Wojciech KubrakiewiczMarek CeculaKonrad ZiolkowskiJolanta JohnssonKacper Bozek
And many more. Krzysztof also works on a website for the gallery, but it's still WIP, so it's not up and ready for public yet.
Speaking of foundation - basically we're looking for a lawyer and accountant who could help us with couple of things:- Legal advice- Paperwork related to registering a foundation in NL- Gathering funds/dotations- Advice for getting tax cuts, etc.
BΔdzie super jeΕli mΓ³wisz po polsku ;)
We are aware that polish folks in Netherlands don't have the greatest reputation, and we want to do something about it - at least fight the unfair stereotypes.
Kind regards,Patrick

I am a 34 woman from China and I want to migrate to other countries. Right now I am considering 3 options, but the problem is all those options are either time-consuming or expensive so I think I have to make a choice and I would really appreciate some advices.
1, Canada.
I am thinking of EE program (Express Entrance). I have been learning French for a whole year and I am quite certain that I could pass TEF CANADA with B2 next year. so with English, French, my Ph.D diploma, which I am gonna get next year, and 1 year work experience in 10 years, I would get 485+ in 2022. But I am not sure when EE would reopen to people currently not in Canada. And with each year passes, I would get 5 scores deducted.
2, Netherland.
I am also thinking of applying for search year in Netherlands. (https://ind.nl/en/work/working_in_the_Netherlands/Pages/Looking-for-a-job-after-study-promotion-or-research.aspx) It is a program offered to graduates from top 200 universities in the world within 3 years after graduation. They would be given the opportunity to stay in Netherlands for one year looking for jobs with certain requirements. But my major is Chinese history and chances are it would be difficult to find a job related to my major. So I am thinking of self-learning computer science after I pass my TEF CANADA and IELTS next year and apply for the program in 2023. But I don't know what the chances are finding programming jobs without a related degree. By the way, is Dutch required to find a programming job there?
3, America.
I got my bachelor's degree in Material Science and master's degree and (about to get) doctor's degree in History. As far as I know, most universities in Europe and Canada would only accept applications in the same field as the bachelorβs degree. So I am thinking of applying for a master's degree on computer science in America and figure everything out in 2 or 3 years after I get my master's degree. But the con is it is really expensive and time consuming. Even after graduation, it would be difficult to get the green card. But with the degree, it would be easier to find a job in Canada and get the citizenship there, right?
So option 1 seems the least expensive. I just have to wait for EE program to reopen while working in China. 2 seems a bit risky and money consuming, if I couldn't find a job there. And in China, women are very discr

9 of the top 10 nations have universal healthcare. Switzerland has no at will employment. Singapore has the majority of its population living in government owned housing. All of these nations have mandated paid parental leave and mandated paid vacation.
As we all know, these policies will destroy America if they are implemented here. Why is the heritage foundation carrying water for these policies? Are they closet leftists? What can explain their behaviour?
