Viewed from above, the multi-storey car parks look quite flat. View them from the side and they look just like multi-storeyed car parks.

Multiple multi-storey car parks can be found in towns and cities throughout the planet Earth. They serve only one purpose; the enjoyment of the self.
In a nearby city they are in the process of knocking down a four storey car park to make room for an eight storey car park. I just had the thought. Since it is such a basic structure can they be built in such a way that extra floors can be added in 5 or 10 years? Assuming it was designed for this in the first place.
I have been thinking about jumping off something high for a while now. Around a couple of months. Iβm self harming every day. I just want to sleep all the time but I canβt sleep. Iβve lost over 2 stone in a matter of months. Iβm just ready to give up.
A few days ago I went to the top of a multi storey car park near my house to see if it is high enough to jump from. It is. I stood there for a half hour and sobbed, just looking over the edge imaging my body hitting the ground. I went home after.
Today I went back. And stood and stared. I had a panic attack, and then my body felt numb. I felt almost elated and calm being up there. Knowing that I can end it all just by going over the edge.
Iβm just terrified that the next time I go there, I wonβt return.
I own a flat and car parking space in Manchester City Centre.
Iβm interested in trying to get electric vehicle charging into the car park.
The freeholder has said I can do this, but we as leaseholders have to do all the work (and pay or get a grant).
Has anyone had experience installing the infrastructure to allow EV charging in a multi-storey.
I assume each space would need connecting to the mains supply by the electricity board as a meter would be required.
Who would I contact to get them to look at feasibility about installing the infrastructure wiring?
Do you know of any grants for retrofitting charging points for larger projects?
Any advice on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Google maps says it's temporarily closed, road signs say it's closed, but their website says their open and there's always people parked in there?
Some time ago somebody mentioned in a post that from multi-storey car parks in the city centre you can have a nice view over the city. Do you have tangible suggestions?
