Okay I am all caught up on SisterWives finally. First of all, why in the world does Kody and Robyn have a Nanny?? Robyn has a business where she can be at home, tbh I have no idea what the hell Kody does as a job… If Robyn has the help of Kody 24/7 ( also mind you she could have the help from Meri but that’s a different topic) and Robyn works from home, why does she need a Nanny?? All the kids can do online school which is what my brother did in High School with public school. They don’t need a Nanny to teach the kids, and no Nanny should be teaching kids unless she is qualified to do so. What pissed me off even more is one Janelle and Christine not putting effort into Meri, I get more Christine because she has had a lot going on with Ysabelle and her relationship with Kody. But also Janelle could have put more effort into Meri. However, with the other Sisterwives being shocked that Meri was following the rules and Meri still “ couldn’t come over per Kody’s request.” You could tell that Robyn got caught in her own lie and was making excuses instead of owning up to her crap. I felt Meri’s heartbreak and anger. If it wasn’t for Meri Robyn wouldn’t be in the family, and honestly Robyn should show her more respect after everything she has done for Robyn and her kids.
I’ve never watched the series entirely, I’m watching now that I have discovery plus. I’m right after Axle’s birth. I have seen in this thread a lot of love and support for Meri and am I missing something? I feel like she is a constant victim, plays the whole cat fish thing as something completely different than it was. I feel like the other wives try to talk to her and she immediately becomes the victim. Does something else happen im not getting? I can’t stand her. And I get the impression there’s a lot not caught on filming that adds to the frustration of the other wives, so maybe it could look like they’re ganging up on her? Someone help me understand
It makes me legitimately sad to compare their 20th anniversary to their 30th. Kody can’t pretend he didn’t have any feelings at all. Sure maybe some of it was for the camera, but there was still a genuine connection between them. It’s wild to watch him talk about how much love he had for her knowing that ten years later he would be telling her to “be loveable.” Meri has done her own wrongs but I wouldn’t wish that kind of romantic rot on anyone.
Started bingeing and on season 11 when Meri meets the other lady that was catfished. I feel like she is using it for a reason to get more attention and a storyline. I don’t like that she never acknowledges what she did as wrong or apologizes for crossing the line in her relationship to Kody. Yes he may have fault for her feeling that she needed to go out and find emotional support somewhere else but she decided to cross the line. If my husband did that to me, I’d have major trust issues with him.

I’m re-watching and on season 8 ep 1 I believe. I’ve gotta say I really don’t care for Robyn wanting Meri to go to their courthouse wedding. Meri says she’d rather not. Robyn tries to convince her and says she wanted her there, and that she even wanted the kids there. I didn’t watch this season ever, so not sure how it goes. But I feel like it’s so wrong for Robyn to be trying to convince Meri to go and proposing that it become a new and different type of anniversary of family unification. I’m sorry, I thought you guys were already spiritually married and that this was just a meaningless hoop you had to jump through. So which is it?!

I really like the idea of expanding the pedals functionality but I'm only just breaking into Arduino AND pedals, so I'm struggling to think what you can do and can't find many examples online.
I’ve lurked here for so long on my normie account. Now I emerge on my “safe food” alt and I want to tell you how much I love you guys. This is legit the most understanding sub I’m part of (side note: want to see judgey fucking bitches?
