A list of puns related to "Magic Item Compendium"
I like including magic shops in my games, and I usually fill them with common level magic items and a few uncommon or rarer items for the players.
To fill the shops with common level items, usable by regular people, I made this compendium for myself. Most of the items are low level magical versions of the items found in the equipment chapter of the Player's Handbook, with a few new additions.
It is a booklet called Balthazar's Bazaar of Common Curiousities. It contains 266 common level magic items, and it is available for purchase at DMsguild for 2$.
You can also check out any of my other content - mostly battle maps and hexcrawl maps for Eberron, which are all available at Pay what you Want.
Thank you for your time. May your dice never fail you.

The first D&D Unleashed compendium has finally arrived! A magical exploration of the four elements and the various energies of creation β minus those dark forces that belong in forbidden tomes β powers such as light, thunder, lightning, acid, frost, and the magic of nature! The great news is that just like all of D&D Unleashed, itβs entirely free and you can download it right here!
This 246 page compendium contains 23 subclasses, 8 spellcasting feats, 134 spells, 213 spell variants, 85 monsters, 30 magic items, 4 races plus 12 new subraces each with racial feats, and even more!
If youβd like to view the whole compendium without downloading it or previewing it through Google Drive, you can find an album of all the pages on the D&D Unleashed website.
After an arduous process of refinement, our first compendium is finally ready for public consumption! You can finally make full use of the spellcasting specializations, the expansions to damage types through new spells, and of course the subclasses, races, monsters, and so much more that has yet to be previewed! If youβve been waiting to be able to build your ideal plant mage, geomancer, or aerialist rogue, your wait is over. If youβve been looking for dozens of new elementals and hordes of other monsters dealing and resisting a variety of damage types, youβve not only found it β youβve also got tools to customize your monsters for more resistance or weakness to various damage types and environmental effects to help tailor your game to your players! And if you just wanted to flesh out the underused damage types or elemental themes in your spellcasting lists, we have over a hundre
... keep reading on reddit β‘Hi all! This project has developed and evolved over the course of almost the past year, and I'm so excited to share it with this community. The book contains everything you need to incorporate this fresh, new line of neutral dragons into your gameβfunctioning as a sort of "missing link" between Tiamat's evil Chromatic Dragons, and Bahamut's good Metallic Dragons...with a slew of related player options as well!
If you're interested in seeing more of my work, as well as more Cosmic Dragon content and art, feel free to check out the recent posts on my Reddit profile. I also run a Discord community for 5e homebrew (and general D&D shenanigans) of over 1000 amazing folks that you're welcome to join at discord.gg/EbSQzYc. :)

Basically title, Iβve always loved crafting systems in games that include metals or other materials that donβt exist, especially when they have cool properties and unique looks. Games like Terraria and Skyrim would probably be the inspiration.
My plan is to make a compendium of one fantasy material that can be used to make weapons, armor, or magic items, per each plane of existence (Mount Celestia, the Nine Hells, that sort of thing).
My question is, would anyone here be interested in that sort of thing? It might be kind of niche, but Iβm thinking that I will include sample magic items that can be made with each of the materials, as well as some light crafting rules, in order to expand who can use it and who can just grab some premade items and go.

Below I present resources to make your Cypher System fantasy genre games more robust and complete. Not only can you create your own fantasy adventures, but with these Compendiums, almost all D&D 5th edition (and some 3rd or even olderΒ editions) adventures and modules are compatable for play with a minimum of conversion or hassle, focusing on narrative and story without working on tedious stat blocks or conversions of spells.
These were originally made for my personal players, but they and a few Reddit members insisted I put them here. These books have information, not tons of art and fluff text so I can offer them for next to nothing. Enjoy!
I was shopping through a local game shop, and I stumbled upon this cluster of old D&D source books. I figured the book that was easiest to translate into the newest edition would be the magic item book, and any of the lore based books.
I am wondering to see if I should keep hunting down old source books to booster the stories that I plan to run in the future.
Any books, I feel like all the ones that I skimmed through each had unique information that could bring depth to a story.
PS: The campaign that I am running will be Descent into Avernus, so any Avernus or hell lore based books would be KILLER! Thank you!
UPDATE: June 24th, 2020: The content of this Google document has been converted into a user-friendly book that is designed to fit into any campaign. The book includes well over 140+ magic items. If you are interested, you can PM me on Reddit and I will send you the link.
I've been running a campaign based on the video game Dominions 5 and this compendium was recently created to add in a bunch of magic items in the campaign.
In the campaign, these items can be crafted with magic gems or blood slaves by a mage with the appropriate paths in magic. However, you are free to use them however you want.
