Hello , Me and my ex been in a relationship for a year after me being single for 8 years , the relationship was good at the beginning or t up be honest she faked it because she was always ashamed to go out with me or even introduce me to her friends .

After 8 months of dating she started to pull away and make arguments for no reasons and started to treat me bad i was asking her if something went wrong she said no.

Later on a month ago she said i was a rebound for her and she needed the attention i gave her and she can't stay with me because of my scar and told me that she want to feel like a normal girl that can go out with her bf without people staring at me as a criminal or a bad boy who got the scar from a fight and ended it with please look at yourself at the miror.

Im a guy ( dentist ) who is 27 years old and had only 2 gf and got used by them because of my facial distortion and my first ex used me to work at my dad office .

I had an car accident when i was a child that left me with a big red scar from the eye to my chin and i don't blame any one staring at me and to be honest girls avoid me alot and had no chance with any except those 2 girls .

I really need advice to keep going on with life because i have been bullied since school and looks like there would be no girl loves me for who iam , i tried plastic surgery, all kind of lasers and cosmetic procedures but it didn't work .

Tl;dr : been dumped and used because of my facial distortion and seems like im going to die alone any advice on how to get a partner that would accept me would be appreciated .

What's going on guys? First post here on the sub with what I initially though was a dumb question until I saw the pinned post. Today I was able to obtain a Blues Deluxe Reissue for free from a family member ( insane luck imo.) Now I know the clean tones are absolutely stellar as I've seen from videos online and just general knowledge of how well fenders sound on the clean channels, however I am not a blues player at all and mainly play ska/punk rhythms and other distorted madness, IE streetlight manifesto,rancid,brand new, etc. While I definitely appreciate the beautiful clean channel from what I've heard, how well will this amp hold up to distortion pedal use? I've got my old DS1 pedal as well as a RAT that my friend is currently borrowing to run through this bad boy. Basically, would these pedals work well with the BD or should I explore the option of selling off the amp and investing in a different amp more suited towards my playing style. Sorry if its a noobie question, just wanted to get some other opinions on it, Thanks guys!

Is this normal? Is there a method to hear oversampling? Because when I use oversampling on effects like EQ, COMP, ETC.. then I don't really hear a change in the sound.. When I switch the oversampling.. I don't hear a difference.. Idk if its because of my ears but my hearing is ok.. I just wanted to ask If it's normal that I don't hear any change in higher oversampling modes or if there is a way to train my ears to hear the change.. Its just a placebo for me that the sound should be a better quality but I don't hear any difference.. (and I know that oversampling is not always good but if I can't hear the difference.. Then I don't know when to use oversample)

Your opinion about Pro Amplifiers vs Home (HiFi, Boutique,....) amplifiers? Have you ever compared and noted a real difference? Do you have a measured proof that home amplifiers are superior?

I have tried Crown XLS2500 and Yamaha P7000s with my both sets of speakers (Revel Salon2s and B&W 800D2s) and could not tell the difference or improvement comparing to McIntosh MC452 and Anthem A2.

What is your opinion ? Do you have an objective and educated opinion regarding Pro Amos for home use ( excluding Powering subwoofers).

Some people reports huge upgrade is sound quality when move up from Pro Amps, I disagree.

So I am pleased with the tattoo, however extremly worried when I look at it from the sides. Its far from finished, only done 1 session.

When I look at it from the sides it looks like a disfigured Stag, and its made me stop working on it for a little while. Is there anything sneaky design that can be put in its nose area to prevent this or face area without ruining it. I am lost what to do, it looking wierd from side perspective is killing me ( I am extremly picky when it comes to tattoos )
