If you're wanting to include some kind of horoscope or segregation in your world, you could use the Luscher color test:
>"[Max] Lüscher believed that because the color selections are guided in an unconscious manner, they reveal the person as they really are, not as they perceive themselves or would like to be perceived."
Luscher created a chart that dictates what sort of person you are, depending on what color you associate with more. If your favorite color is blue, for example, according to Luscher, your personality is a certain way (same thing with horoscopes -- all Cancers, Virgos, etc, share selected personality traits).
>Lüscher believed that personality traits could be identified based on one's choice of color. Therefore, subjects who select identical color combinations have similar personalities. [...] Colors are divided between "basic" (blue, yellow, red, green) and "auxiliary" (violet, brown, grey, and black).

How this could help:
You could use this same concept and put a twist on it: maybe people in your world adhere to a certain color (exploring racism), or have certain people be born under a certain color that defines their personality. Maybe the Blues are the superior bunch, and the Greys are the more mundane ones.
This is just a resource in case you're looking to add a bit of flair to your world and create a horoscope-/segregation system in your world and want to make it a bit different. Personally I have no use for this chart just yet, but maybe you do!

Hallo, ich habe gerade die beiden Romane “Kraft” und “Frühling der Barbaren” gelesen und bin begeistert. Da ich endlich wieder Zeit zum Lesen habe, suche ich nun Bücher die irgendwie vergleichbar sind (deutschsprachig, aktueller Gesellschaftsbezug, böse). Auch allgemein bin ich für Empfehlungen offen, inklusive Non-Fiction. Ich mag keine YA, Krimis oder Fantasy. Danke und ich freue mich auf Eure Empfehlungen!

Has anyone seen this before? I’m pretty sure the main board is driving the display so I don’t think it’s a monitor / cable issue. The back glass displays legends ultimate. I am unable to get it to make any sounds.
I tried resetting the firmware using left button / left nudge on power up. I couldn’t see any change.
It has the newer back glass cable (HDMI esque). I’m not having much luck finding images or schematics of this newer model. It has a blue lvds cable instead of a green one, and has only one two wire cable from the monitor to the power supply (older version looks to have two).
Any thoughts are appreciated.
Just FYI, if you're getting covid tests COLOR is taking 4-5 days to get results.
Edit: seems like this is normal now. I wish I had know as I have a flight tomorrow their website says 48hour results!

Anyone having a huge delay in their Color test results?
I was tested one week ago today in West Oakland, never got my results. Putting my info directly into their results website, it's continued to say my results aren't ready yet. This morning, that website isn't loading: https://color.com/covid-test
I've heard from another friend who said Color must have "lost" their sample, and saw someone on this sub who had a long delay in their results. Is anyone else experiencing this? Alternatively, did anyone get a Color Test last week and get their results already?
Edit: Website's back up, still no results on a week-old test.
Hello. I've recently found out that I was color blind ((mild protan)) and I've I heard that there was limited career choices for those with color blind but I've heard that there's some glasses that help color blind people pass the color dots test . But what I don't know that if am allowed to use them in real test for a job.
I found out that i was color blind recently in a tiktok video and I have done multiple test all of them came out mild to moderate color blindness. I've never had a problem with my color vision in kindergarten I've always can all see types of color I can tell you all type of vivid colors but I have difficulty with dark purple and dark blue maybe with orange a brown
A lot of doctors have suggested to buy color blind glasses that help me pass a test but I don't know if they want to make money out of me or there just trying to help me. i can use glasses on vision test but I don't know if it's the same with color blindness .
