E: top 15 in MC, not my curated list lol.
Don't let anyone tell you that ghosting, cutting off, hinting, testing or being anything other than clear and up front is the way to go. It may be painful in the short term, but the knock on effects of avoiding communication are too long to list, and are always far worse than the initial discomfort.
Iβve been a registered nurse for almost 10 years. I loved the ER and it was everything I wanted, it was my dream to be a trauma trained nurse. Only people who have been in the trenches during this last year will understand. This year has pushed all of us in health care beyond anything we have ever experienced. We are so tried, if you feel exhausted by this relentless pandemic, we feel it ten fold. This year I have felt like the worlds punching bag. Iβm tired of seeing young people die, old people suffer from a disease that could be much better contained, but the world is tired of trying now. Thereβs so many colleagues I worry about, none of us are ok. We are short staffed, work feels unsafe, we donβt feel listened to, and the rising case numbers are just mind numbing. I am Leaving the ER traumatized, it will take years to heal From this. Many of us are leaving, Iβm not sure who will be left in the next year to come. Itβs heart breaking but Iβm ready to leave. Please be kind to your health care providers. We are really trying, but suffering too.
EDIT: Thanks everyone for their kind words of support. As a whole, as humans we are all feeling the pressure of this regardless of where we are. I will continue to nurse, but else where and hopefully in a more supportive and controlled environment. I encourage everyone to reach out, find help, and take care of yourself to the best of your abilities.
What it says on the title
https://i.imgur.com/AXeLIuf.png < --- my current diet, which meets or comes close to all of my macro nutrients, but is, I suspect, very unbalanced. I listed my TDEE calculations beneath it, but just in case:
2064 calories per day
160 pounds
28 M
I do the basic BWF routine ( 3X8 pushups, dips, rows, etc) daily, and walk 20-30 minutes per day.
Trying to get back down to 145 and regain lost muscle.
I'm mostly here because the above diet, while delicious, doesn't seem like it's actually a good idea, despite hitting my macros. I'm looking for other cheap, easy to prepare foods to weave in to prevent health issues without exceeding my calorie count or missing out on macros.
I wrote this post as I feel it is important to remember where the clubs involved in the Super League actually origin from and that the current owners of these clubs are doing the complete opposite of what the original founders of these clubs intended.

In light of the announcement of the βEuropean Super Leagueβ where the βeliteβ teams in football will compete annually in a closed league, we are going to look back on how each of the self-proclaimed βBig Sixβ teams were founded and the story behind them.
The current owners of these football clubs simply do not respect the hundred plus years of history that exists within these teams and their communities. These teams only exist because of the people in these stories, major change is needed to respect this.

Manchester United β 1878
Manchester United were formed in 1878 under the name Newton Heath LYR (Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway) Football Club.

The workers within the Carriage and Wagon department in the railway yard at Newton Heath started off simply playing against other departments and railway companies.
In 1880 Newton Heath played their first recorded match. The team wore green and gold clothes, the colours of their railway company as they lost 6-0 to Bolton Wanderersβ reserve side.

When the football league was founded in 1888, Newton Heath did not join as they did not consider themselves good enough in comparison to teams such as Preston North End and Blackburn Rovers.
Newton Heath joined four years later in 1892 and after just two seasons in the top flight the team found themselves relegated to Division Two.
By 1902 the club had found themselves in great financial difficulties and were even on the brink of extinction. Newton Heath captain Harry Stafford found four local businessmen, one being John Henry Davies who went on to be president of the club.
Each man invested Β£500 in return for

Any recommendations for a product or process to restore exterior silicone caulk back to its original color?
Edit: Wow, this blew up. Thanks for all the suggestions! Iβm going to try a couple different options side by side and post the results. Maybe this weekend if the weather cooperates.
Thanks again everyone!
Edit #2:
This weekend I saw the following results:
Mineral spirits: worked very well for restoring the original look of the caulk. However, it seemed to be pretty aggressive in the bond between the caulk and the surface. I did not dilute it so maybe with some dilution, it would be safe but I stopped after one little section just to be safe.
Mold Armor: seemed to work pretty well. Works better if you can let it sit for the full 10 minutes the instructions call for. Wear gloves, it tears up your skin!
House wash: I didnβt experience a whole lot of benefit to this. I used the style that you hook right on the end of your hose. Maybe my water pressure wasnβt high enough but it didnβt do anything for the caulk. Note that I didnβt try scrubbing after soaping because the instructions didnβt say to and Iβm trying to stick to them for consistency sake.
I left a few more bare sections to try some more different options in the next couple days.
Just curious. I've sort of confirmed with myself that I'm trans, but I'm sort of overwhelmed with everything and I was wondering what steps other people took.
Weβre glad that Trump got voted out, and how the Dems clinched the Senate and retained control of the House, but by the slimmest of margins.
Hereβs why I think that itβs a bittersweet win:
The Dems lost seats in the House, while the Rs actually gained them
The Rs defended the Senate seats they were supposed to lose, partly due to running candidates that had no chance of winning (McGrath in KY, for example)
Trumpβs supporters (and the majority of the GOP) still believe to this day that the election was stolen from Trump, even after January 6
The current GOP became even more insane, reckless, and ruthless, thanks to Trump, who is still influencing the party despite not being President
What do you think?
I mean.... almost everyone has a keurig these days right? Since working from home, I didn't realize how much it was costing. I always drank them (instead of regular drip) because it was fast, efficient, and I hate burnt coffee.
But an average kcup is 66 cents
An average black tea bag is only 3 or 4 cents
I bought an electric water kettle, and it boils water just as fast, if not faster, than my keurig.
At 4-5 cups a day, I went from spending about 80 dollars a month on coffee kcups (!!!!) to just 4 dollars a month.
Again, looking back at this, it should have been obvious, but.... I'm so amazed at how much money I saved so quickly, I had to share. Huge win for me.
Wanted to save this story for one of my favorite subs.
When I first met my wife we went on our first date and I was pretty nervous. I wanted to take her somewhere different to break the monotonous βfirst dateβ vibe of coffee or drinks so we decided to go to a local apiary to help transplant some bees to a new hive. When we arrived I was surprised that out of the group the keeper picked me to dawn the traditional safety measures (IE: gloves, full suit and mask/head covering). Apparently my job was to grab any bees that stayed behind and didnβt naturally move to the next hive. As the keeper smoked the hive I could tell my services were going to be needed as quite a few stuck around and refused to inhabit the new location. I was instructed to βjust grab themβ and βput them into the new hiveβ. I was extremely apprehensive as I have a small fear of being stung. Not wanting to look like a wussy on our first date I jumped in and grabbed a large handful of writhing and angry bees that I thought for sure would be my demise. Standing there, with these wriggling dangerous insects in my hands I happened to lock eyes with my soon to be wife and I remember it like it was yesterday. Her hair shined in the sun and she had a radiant glow about her. I couldnβt look away, the keeper had to eventually jump in and guide my hands to the new hive out of fear of losing them. Out of the entire date I walked away with a passion for her and a new understanding of life and love. Beauty truly is in the eyes of the Bee Holder.
I know it was about to take off again in Jan this year and dropped again because of SEC case . But I'm looking for its history back in 2018
Blighttown gets a lot of hate, and honestly after my first run I always take the back route through Valley of Drakes, and usually get in and out as fast as I can.
But looking back, my first experience in Blighttown is up there with my first experience in Anor Londo.
Iβve heard bad things about Blighttown online. Every time Iβd go and try to kill the Gaping Dragon Iβd see those big locked iron doors looking intimidating as hell. I was super apprehensive about having to go there after.
When I finally got the key, opening the door and the sudden shift in lighting to green scared the hell out of me. I was scared of what was ahead. Getting down and getting demolished by the Ogres multiple times made it even worse. I eventually looked at a map and BOLTED to the first bonfire (in upper Blighttown), where I started exploring the area.
Navigating the rickety walkways, seeing enemies coming at me from the darkness around every corner, being pelted by the toxic archers made it a slow, slog trying to find a way to the lower level. It took hours just to get through because I couldnβt figure out the path down.
Getting down there and finding a bonfire felt like such a reliefβ¦just to now have to navigate through all of the poison to Queelag!
Finally beating her, ringing the second bell and realizing you had to make the trek all the way back up was satisfying, but also a bit defeating! The journey back up was easier, but by no means easy!
So yes, while I rush through this section now I think my first journey represents perfectly what the Dark Souls experience is. It was brutal, challenging, and kept you on your toes the whole time.
That being said, I had the luxury of doing this with a good frame rate lol. Since I know that was a big issue for people who played before the remaster.
Some have straight up dissapeard, they havent retired, and have posted LFT but they havent gone to any team, nor are they active on any social media (which is mainly the koreans). People like Nenne and Meko have been mostly quiet (Although Nenne apparently doesnt want to play anymore i think). There is also others like Libero, Pokpo, Fissure (More unsure about what happend to him after Titans then some others) Sharp, DDing, Kris, AimGod, Roar, Geguri and many more. I really wonder why they havent gotten an offer for any team at all. Sitch and JJAnu are also ones that i question, as they got no teams offers i dont think, even after they did perform well in playoffs imo.
