A list of puns related to "List of waste management companies"
Guess Iβll have to recycle them.
Hello r/Polish community! I have come for help with a letter I plan to send in the next few days for an internship I am interested in Poland. Though I speak no Polish, I feel that an introduction letter in Polish could leave a good first impression and strongly increase my chances of a positive response. I quickly plugged it into translate (a terrible idea, I know), but was really hoping someone here could take the time to correct it. I would greatly appreciate it! I decided to take out specifics just to remain anonymous.
Here's what I want to get across (sorry about the length):
Dear faculty at [blank],
My name is [blank], and I am a 19 year old from the United States currently living in [blank], Germany. I am in between secondary school and plan to go to University next fall. I am with a program called the [blank], which gives me the opportunity to work internships until June.
The reason I have contacted you I because I would like to intern for your company. I first visited SΕubice in September, and knew then it was a neat border town with much to offer. Waste management is a major interest of mine since I value keeping the environment and cities clean, and would like to help with your recycling and waste pick-up processes. Whether working on the back of a garbage truck, working in a sorting plant, or even picking up trash from the streets, I would be proud to help. In contrast to Germanyβs system which I have already learned about, I would like to work alongside Polandβs recycling infrastructure.
Although I speak no Polish, some of my ancestors were Polish and immigrated to the United States in the 1880s. Therefore I would love to learn basic Polish to connect to my family heritage by working in your country. Despite the language barrier, I am proficient in German and English and believe it would be enough to help with simple labor tasks.
To conclude, I would greatly appreciate a chance to work alongside your company for three weeks in the month of March. My program can most likely pay for the two hour daily commute to SΕubice from [blank], or move me temporarily to Frankfurt Oder, so I believe an internship would be logistically possible if I would work during the middle of the day. Further, since it would be an internship, only paid if you choose, I firmly believe it would not conflict with Polish labor laws. I have attached my basic resume in English and German below for additional background below.
Hope to hear from you soon, [blank]

Im looking for a penny stock version of Waste Management ($WM) i think trash is so hot these days that a actual trash stock would fly to the moon. Cant find one, please help. Will be the next meme stock for sure.
I posted this the other day and it seems to be gone. Have been making these lists since 2005-2006 to help people avoid broker fees. They are usually updated every 6 months or so (landlords sell their buildings or move, and new buildings are built, etc). The list I am posting here needs a tweak (am doing that this month); however it should still be able to help you avoid brokers, fees and rent from the landlord directly.
I update my lists every 6 months or so. This is in need of updating - but you will find the no fee apartment landlords on this list and the management companies. Tips and advice included after list.
Downtown East, from the Brooklyn Bridge to Houston Street, from the East River to the Bowery
9300 Realty
(aka Croman Realty)
632 Broadway, 7th Floor
New York, NY 10012

For buildings:
151 Rivington Street
153 Rivington Street
134 Orchard Street
145 Attorney Street
NOTE: This owner/management co has approximately 100 buildings downtown, mostly Lower East Side and East Village
ALSO NOTE>>> The Lower East Side has been plundered by slumlords who have used shady practices to βrenovateβ apartments and lease them at market rate. One slumlord is the owner of THE buildings listed above: https://www.nytimes.com/2016/05/10/nyregion/steven-croman-regular-on-new-yorks-worst-landlords-lists-is-charged.html?_r=0
Note 1: This landlord is out of jail and the buildings are being closely watched. Am including because if you make sure everything works and ask them how they respond to maintenance requests before you sign a lease β things might work out for you. Letβs face it NYC is full of landlords like this one. In this case β he simply got caught because of a dedicated group of people who created a tenantsβ association.
Note 2: Most landlords who βconvertβ old housing into newly renovated apartments use the same method. There was a time when you could find an affordable rental in the Lower East Side, this seems to be no longer the case.

... keep reading on reddit β‘I see that many people posting here own Waste Management stock. I'm not an "educated" investor, but I do invest, and my heart really isn't into it unless I feel that the company is innovative and forward looking. For example, I wouldn't be inclined to invest in any fossil fuel stocks. This is not meant as a criticism of anyone else's choices.
I see waste management and recycling as one of the single most important things humanity can focus on and invest in. I'd love to be part of this by investing in companies that are leading the way in this.
Does anyone here know of innovative and exciting companies in this field? Or perhaps a mutual fund?
Thanks.
So I get that people like to use them as political leverage in unpopular situations, and scapegoats when/if some decisions go belly up.
But research shows that the use management consultants yields rather poor results(30ish % success rate? I'll have to dig up the sauce on that)
It seems like the perfect industry, if you're in it(Consulting) yourself. I actually find it fascinating.
