A list of puns related to "List of video game crowdfunding projects"
Greetings,
the University of Cologne currently conducts a research project studying success and failure of crowdfunding activities in the video gaming industry. Part of this research project is a questionnaire addressed at active or previous backers of Kickstarter projects. The goal of this questionnaire is to better understand the motivation of backers and success and failure of Kickstarter projects. If you supported at least one video game development project on Kickstarter so far, I would appreciate you filling out the following questionnaire:
http://www.unipark.de/uc/videogames/
Completing the questionnaire takes about 10 minutes. The research has a purely academic background and receives no financial support by any outside sources. The results will be publicly available upon project completion. If you want to receive the results, just provide a valid email address at the end of the questionnaire. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this research.
Appreciating your support, best regards

I see mostly tech products are the king of crowdfunding scams, from people with no genuine interest in creating the product they promise. And once in a while video games (like Areal Games). But are there any scams on these sites that don't relate to tech or digital content?
Some ideas that stand out to me are:
Annoying Bats - like Zubat from PokΓ©mon; Keese from Zelda
Jellys - like Slimes from Dragon Quest; Chu-Chu from Zelda
Shortlings - like Grunts from Halo; Hobs from Fable
Man-Eater Plants - like Deku Baba from Zelda; Piranha Plants from Mario
Giant Spiders - like Arachnos from Xenoblade; Corrupted Spiders from Dragon Age
Fleshie Undead - like Redead from Zelda; Risen from Fire Emblem
Wolfs - like Volfs from Xenoblade; Blight Wolves from Dragon Age
Skellie Undead - like Dry Bones from Mario; Fanged Skeleton from Dragon Age
Spit-Duckers - like Met from Megaman; Deku Scrub from Zelda
Domiknights - like Elites from Halo; Darknuts from Zelda
Big Boys - like Gogol from Xenoblade; Beloved from Bayonetta
BUT I'm gonna need a lot more so that people using my little project can relatively easily modify the archetypes I include into their own favourite enemies from their own favourite games. Please suggest as many archetypes as you can that have multiple occurrences. Basically anything that'd be easy to homebrew/mod/map a nice range of well known generic enemies onto.
I know of the discover search function in Kickstarter, but I find it unsatisfying and lacking for several reasons; so I was wondering if anyone was aware of a website listing all the tabletop rpg crowdfunding projects. Or something like that. I swear that a few months ago I saw a website that listed at least the ongoing kickstarters, but now I can't find it anymore. Thanks!
We officially recognize that we have done a great job creating a unique design with a lot of functionality! Spacewalkers will go first. The Spacewalkers artists from Cracow will be the first to put its project into the template, and you will soon see how good our programmers are! This picture shows a sketch of the landing page with sample photos and descriptions.

Goals: Take over planet Earth through mankind willfully enslaving themselves in Silica neXus or at least build the largest game project ever conceived with a cult-like following through the combination of the social engagement tools from Managed Crowdsourcing and Crowdfunding efforts
Maybe even ask on the Official Forums as I have yet to gain access to them. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_highest_funded_crowdfunding_projects
this video actually got fed me up more than the others even though i already knew he would end up with saying stuff like that considering what type of person he is. like i said, if youβre not going to give a proper estimation on when the crowdfunding will be launched, when the second rival will be released and when the game will be finished, then donβt make a video at all and stick to the blog.
the only thing that made sense was the fact that the patreon money should be seen as a salary to the developer (even tho the money could still be used for useful stuff like financing your gameβs development at least sometimes).
also, did anyone notice how he explained in his osanaβs release video, that if the crowdfunding fails heβd either rely on investors to finance the game or hand the game to a company, but he didnβt touch the subject in the recent video? why didnβt he cover it up? i simply believe heβs desperately trying to manipulate the fans into giving as much money as possible to the crowdfunding but this approach is really wrong.
i donβt know to be honest. these videos really made me angry but this one to even a higher level. it was just a bunch of lies about everything heβs promised and he wants to do in the future with the game. and weβre not going to talk about how he basically confirmed that hanako will be an incest rival and defined osoro βmanlyβ

... keep reading on reddit β‘Hello,
I created a new product that is currently patent pending. I am creating my first video advertisement of the product, which will likely be used on a crowdfunding website.
I have video clips on my YouTube account from my gaming streams. I would like to include my YouTube videos in the advertisement. My concern is that even though they are my video clips, the game I am playing is certainly a copyrighted game.
Not sure if Iβm being overly cautious because many people have monetized videos all the time of them playing popular games, but that is usually contained within the YouTube ecosystem. I guess my concern is that I am using YouTube clips on an outside site that will be crowdfunding my project.
Just looking for some advise on what type of attorneys I should be address my questions to, or if I am overthinking this.
Thank you for your time and help!
a little under HWTF but this HIT just put me over $31.00 for today.

[In the pic] - screenshot of my monster Google Docs file where I've been writing my video scripts for the past year. There is also a website in development. Filming is planned for mid-May.
My goal for creating this crowdfunding course (which has become more like an academy) was to make available to creators all the tools, knowledge, and resources they need in order to create, run, advertise, and fulfil their project from start to finish, all in one place.
Crowdfunding is HARD, as any creator will attest, and over the last 8 years of helping creators launch their Kickstarter campaigns, I've seen too many times how 3rd party services (ad runners, PR services, backer clubs, etc') take advantage of panicked creators who are stressing out about getting more backers. If those creators would just have a centralized hub of knowledge that can cover everything they need to know, success would be that much easier. That is why I'm creating this course.
ASK ME ANYTHING - About Kickstart vs Indiegogo, crowdfunding secrets, ads, 3rd party services (I know them all). You can:
This will also act as a feedback loop for me. I'm anxious for my course to be complete and believe it will be a really great product, but I'm also impatient and feel like I want to spread my knowledge and get feedback for it as well.
Go for it.

Eudaimonia #1: The Secrets We Keep, The Song in Our Hearts has a Pre-Launch page with a trailer and art previews. Sign up for the mailing list to get notifications and discounts when we go live.
Planning to launch a campaign on September 12th so it ends on Armistice Day.
Does such a list exist? There are a couple campaigns going on right now (Bushiden, Hazelnut Bastille), but I'd like to know if there are any I've missed and need to track down. Thanks in advance!
