Russian businessman Roman Trotsenko recently donated 15% of shares to the Republic of Armenia, and launched negotiations about building a new copper smelter. Trotsenko also runs the GeoProMining gold mine.

Mirzaaziz Musakhanov is a new shareholder. He bought some shares from his GeoProMining colleague Trotsenko. Musakhanov represents the $23 billion "Novaport Group" which owns 16 airports in Russia.
