The mental health system is a damn joke. I once witnessed a case worker LAUGH and say once the lawsuits ended they would stop their out of network program, a program which they created because they got sued every year for patient neglect for suicidal patients on long wait lists
Real Racer IX is an undumped Dreamcast game developed by Digital Entertainment Academy. All I've ever seen of this game is this picture from Spring TGS 2001. Apparently it's a racing game with people. I've never seen anyone talk about it and it's not listed on any unreleased games list.
