A list of puns related to "List of production cars by power output"
Would that be a good idea? Or would constantly changing the charging rate be bad for the battery? I like the idea of plugging my Tesla in and only having it charge off Solar power, for times when i don't need to charge quickly.
As you may or may not be aware, in Japan in 1989 the automakers entered into a gentlemen's agreement to limit the power of their cars to 276hp (280PS)...on paper. As a result, every car produced in Japan from 1989 until the agreement was broken in 2004-2005 was rated at 276hp, but it's well known that many of them actually produced more than that.
I just watched a dyno video of a stock R32 GT-R and it showed 281hp at the wheels, which translates to around 320 at the crank. The 2JZ-GTE used in the Supra and other Toyotas also actually makes around 320hp. Does anyone know, or is there a list or something, of which other cars broke the limit and what their actual power is? Evos, WRXs, 300ZX, RX7, other Skylines, and so on...
As part of a homework assignment, I need to find the total number of power plants located in OR and their output. I've done some web searching already. The info on wiki is from 2009 so I'm not sure how current that is. I've looked at a few other places but haven't really found the info I'm looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
