Seeing how this sub is full of complaints, I just wanted to throw back to the good old days before FUT Champs where gameplay tips were shared and you'd come on here to find those little known tips that weren't so obvious. So feel free to add any little known tip or trick and i will edit it into the main post :)
- If you press L1 + R1 + X(pass button) the game will allow you to do a manual pass. This is especially effective as a square pass inside the box as the defenders cannot auto intercept a manual pass.
- Holding L2 + R1 whilst shooting makes your player take a finesse shot with the inside of their foot (similar to the glitch we had at the start of the game that we all complained about) but if you add a timed shot to this combo you can still score those finesse from outside the box.
- (Unpopular) If you are losing and you want to quit the game but you don't want your dnf modifier to increase just score 3 own goals. The game does not count it as quitting but as forfeiting (weird I know) and you get to keep your coin modifier.

- Holding L1 +L2 whilst dribbling is a broken mechanic that shields the ball whilst doing skill moves. Here is user u/foofy_toofy giving examples on how it works to enhance dribbling. https://streamable.com/bmtt8
- L2 + triangle does a fake shot - > through ball. Basically, he pulls the ball back for a second, then makes the through ball pass. Good for when your opponent is trying to anticipate the pass. u/Him_Jarbaugh
- double tapping slide tackle will make your player slide and then jump back to his feet instead of taking longer to stand up. u/minichocolatedonuts
- If you want a finesse low driven timed shot, you power up the shot button whilst holding down R1. In the same instance as you will hit the shot button again to manage a timed shot, you also hold down L1. If you time this shot well it will go singing into the bottom corner in a typical finessed Van Persie-strike. u/ayebee7
- when you're at the kick off after conceding and hold L1+D Pad your player will applaud. They can also do a little angry animation too. For me L1+Up on the D pad was applaud and L1 in any other direction caused my player to throw his arms in the air or shake his head." u/riggztradamous

I play music for living and always look other musicians that have the same style. I learn a lot of new cool things just by watching them. I dont steal but take some and put it out as my own style. Because I know it feels and sounds better to me. Now why doesnt FIFA watch PES and get some cool stuff from them ? and I think PES should that too and we know there are some elements taken from FIFA and put under different names with small but really effective changes. All I know the guys who making FIFA are really really lazy, dumb , dull and tasteless people who never play their own games
Some examples :
1) Whenever a game is about to start, you see the upcoming team squad and you can actually hear football kicking at the background. Do you know what it is ? Fifa used to have this training arena right before the game starts so you can kinda warmup your skills or whatever. And Im talking about years and years ago and yet not fixed! LAZY !!
2) We get lots and lots of jerseys from packs and we think some of them are cool and we store them. Now a question to you guys ! What if I said you could choose any jersey right before the game starts wouldnt it be nice ? The catch is you can choose your oppenents jersey too if you only like too! The difference between WL and this method is you can still see your opponents jersey and if you dont like both of his jerseys you can go to your store and pick 1 for him. Now this way you wouldnt worry about kit clash also wouldnt be bored of seeing same jerseys over and over again like in Weekend League. Why doesnt FIFA do this ? This would keep the game experience a lot more fresh.
3) Camera angles !!! I forgot the name of the stadium that I been playing for a long time I should check out the name again. I love playing there because the camera angle is perfect for me. But guess what ! I play away and camera messes up and there is no way to get exact same angle no matter what I do.. Now please tell me how lazy these guys are. It is so simple. If someone wants that original default look, put that option and say exclusive default or whatever. So if we want that we pick that. I shouldnt have to worry about camera angles every time I play away. Also I would love to be able to pick any stadium right before the game starts but it could be hard for them to implement to have 2 different stadiums for 1 match. So I skip this one.
4) Auto lunges ! The way it works is complete bullshit. Thats all I can say. Au
