Ok let's talk about the license. We've provided info that blocktrade has applied much earlier than this. About February 2018, right after the rebrand. You can't be just anyone and apply for the license. You order an appointment to see if you are to be qualified, hand in reports, FMA will also demand reports, papers and probably criminal records, KYB (Know Your Business), and then you finally, after 2 years, you compile all these, and then send it in a nice big portfolio. The official formal application.

This is why the date is set from Q4 2019. The time handling process will take max 6 months. From the community information you can either send in lackluster first draft as the application, wait 6 months and fail, then reapply again and wait another 6 months. And again and again. Or work together with FMA at close range, for 2 years, see what they're after and have a much higher chance of being approved. Note that it's max 6 months. Can take 2, 3 or 5.
