A list of puns related to "List of gay male teen novels"
Im trying to help someone so if you know of any or have any suggestions please let me know.
I read this sometime in the beginning of high school (2013-2015) but donβt remember if i bought it or got it from the library so I canβt say when the approx. publication was. I remember reading a lot of fanfiction about this book and have just recently remembered it and want to reread.
Every time I read a fantasy novel, it always starts with this 16-18 year-old female protagonist that is usually overpowered and meets the man of her dreams (sometimes woman). Not that that is an issue, I especially love those types of books but I never see any with a gay male protagonists that leads the story! I was wondering if anyone has every read a fantasy (can be YA or not) book and have any suggestions for me to check out!
My daughter is having a hard time remembering a book she half read in 6th grade.
In the book, kids are drawn to play a game, but no one wants to play because there is a chance of dying in each round, and she thinks that they die no matter what at the end unless they are the winner.
The main character is a young teenage male and his family is struggling.
He's drawn to play the game, and in the first round, the kids have to fight each other - it's 1v1.
The kids take a weapon of their choice. The main character wins. The winners are taken somewhere and the main character talks to his dad on the way.
None of the obvious dystopian books are it - Divergent, Hunger Games, etc. etc. We've gone through all the main ones and it's none of those.
And that MC is having a warm family like βmagic gem gourmetβ or that βaristocrat that knows no self restraintβ ones.
I don't want to read books with graphic sex but just cute sweet romance.
I was wondering if there are any other lesbians like me who really love reading novels that pertain to gay male romance/love stories. Personally, I find that I like them even more than lesbian novelsπ If you fall under this category, could you explain why you feel this way (cause I'm not sure what it is for me). Also, leave any book recs if you'd like. Hope I'm not the only one. Thanks!β€
I'm looking for a book, could've been part of a series that's been on my mind for quite a few years, I seem to have forgotten almost everything about it save for a particular scene.
This is a young adult novel featuring a male & female pair of protagonists, who are supposed to save the world from an interdimensional demon that is trying to destroy the world. Magic is featured prominently in this story, and the pair are being taught magic in order to save the world.
From what I remember, jumping through portals was a big part of the story, as the two kids have a mentor that is an old wizard. In the scene I remember, he brings them to a distant future to show them what could happen, where they're held in a cave with the last remnants of humanity complete with a bunch of old witches and wizards.
It's older then 2012, I know that for certain.
I hope this isn't too vague.
Hi, I'm hoping to get some suggestions for graphic novels that feature gay protagonists in a positive light. The reader is 15 years old. They can be about someone who's struggling with their sexual identity and coming out to their family and peers or someone who is living their life openly gay. Love stories are fine but that doesn't need to be the central focus. It doesn't matter if the characters are male or female.
Magic Fish and Heartstopper are two that they've already read and very much enjoyed. Thanks in advance!
