Title says it all- tryna make a list of as many places as possible that stay open after midnight (at least on Friday and Saturday, but preferably most days of the week). If you know any 24/7 places that arenβt shitty fast food chain drive-throughs, POST IT!
Disclaimer: some of these streets were actually named after their more famous Canadian counterparts.

I've been trying to come up with a complete list of these. Any language is ok. For example:
French fries (fried potatoes)
Hamburger (meat patty sandwich)
Hawaiian rolls (sweet rolls)
French toast (egg covered toast)
American dog (Japanese word for corndog)
There must be hundreds of these. I want to know them all.
There is an entire wiki page listing foods named after places but I'm interested to hear traveller experiences of trying them in the place of origin. What are your favourites? What items are on the top of your to try list?
I'll start by listing my favourites
Top things to try
Attempting to put out this thread as you get a feel for the character of a food / drink item in its area of provenance somehow. Ardbeg in particular feels amazing to drink under the grey skies of its windswept Islay shores.
Whenever I try to get food after 10 pm its always gonna be fuego. Do you guys know of any good places that are open after 10 in the Bryan College Station area.
Hey everyone,
So this is a list of restaurants that I've been to that, in my opinion, has some pretty unique and delicious food. If you're counting calories, skip this post. If you want food that is hearty and more likely bad for you, then read on.
If you guys have other places that you know that I should check out, let me know. I'm always up to check out some new places to get some delicious food.
A) Dawg House (Dobbs Ferry) This place is delicious! At first I was put off by the fact they had the weirdest concoctions of toppings on hot dogs, but they actually all taste really delicious. I swear when I saw the PB&J Crunch dog, I almost threw up. I said "fuck it" and tried it and I haven't regretted it. If you want an experience some unique combinations on classic American hotdogs, check this place out. They also have a contest there. Three columns of nine specialty dogs. You roll a special dice, whatever column it lands on, you have to finish all nine dogs, PLUS the dog of the month in under 20-25 minutes. Good luck.
B) So Dam Hot (Valhalla) Speaking of hangovers and coming down from highs, this place is definitely one of my go-to places. It's located in Valhalla, NY across from the Valhalla train station. It's a small shop, but the food is delicious over there. Like I said prior, if you're counting calories, don't read this post. Well, you're already reading it and you're probably wondering what this is, so I'll explain it anyway. So Dam Hot (SDH) serves food anything from burgers and fries to chili to pulled pork and ribs, to some massive combination of all of them. If you guys go here, make sure to try their best sellers, which are the Chubber Fries and Baby's Mama. What also sets them apart is what makes their name iconic. They have a hot sauce rack; lowest shelf with the "milder" sauces to the top shelf which is pretty hot. Then, there's the Demon's sperm himself sitting on its own fucking pedestal in its own box. The Source is a seriously hot sauce!!! You only need a toothpick sized amount before you fill that spice kick in. A word of caution!! It's hotter than pepper spray. If you're hungry. Go here. If you're coming down from a high, Go here. If you're hungover. Go here. These guys also have a contest. Finish 12 wings that are BATHED in all the sauces on the top shel
From Halsey's journal, February 15, 2511 entry:
Why were those two struck out, BTW?
June 19, 2513 entry:
I've seen chipotle sauce on a few burgers and sandwiches recently, so was just wondering.
