With A's catcher Bruce Maxwell being placed on the Restricted list due to his ineligibility to enter Canada for a 4 game series against the Blue Jays, I tried to find online all the 'lists' that major league baseball teams can use (disabled list, restricted list, etc.) I know there are a lot more but I can't seem to find a definitive list of these lists.
