A list of puns related to "List of Walter Lantz cartoon characters"

I remember this on an episode of the Woody Woodpecker show (the one with the Walter Lantz cartoon compilation) Anyway, the toon involved Woody (or one of the characters) asking the police for something (what it was specifically I do not remember) Every time he called the police chief would dispatch them by saying "Calling all cops! Calling all cops!" Then it would show a montage of a bunch of police cars driving through the streets catching random criminals such as throwing nets on them or quickly picking them up by driving past them. Close to the end of the cartoon when the police were done their job it would show the montage in reverse (In other words it looked like the thugs were getting released)

Hello everyone,
While I've been a lurker over the years, I'm new to joining Reddit and am glad to be here. I wanted to let the community know about a couple of upcoming projects in my Cartoon Roots line of [professionally pressed] Blu-ray and DVD releases. These projects focus on silent and early sound era animation, utilizing rare 16mm and 35mm prints in my archive, with items occasionally sourced from elsewhere. Sometimes the new restorations that serve as the basis of these release are crowdfunded, and there's currently a campaign under way for more of this work.

Initially, this current campaign aimed to tackle 15 of Walter Lantz's early Dinky Doodle films from the mid-1920s, which were composited animation and live action. Some animation fans out there might know Lantz for his famous character Woody Woodpecker, but the Dinky Doodle series was his first major directorial role during the silent era, and he acts in all of the films himself as well. I have several dozen of these films, and have produced restorations of a few of them for past projects. It was time to give an entire batch of them this treatment, once and for all.
Have a look at a teaser for this and you'll get an idea of what those films were like:

And here's a blog I wrote about the project for animation historian Jerry Beck's Cartoon Research site:
I'm glad to say that the initial funding goal for the Lantz was met with no trouble at all, and the goal was soon being surpassed in quite a nice way. I then decided to introduce a stretch goal that would help fund an entirely separate project, concerning far more well known films of the same period: Max Fleischer's early Out of the Inkwell films, which showcase his pioneering work in rotoscoping.

I am Mexican and I was thinking the other day there are many mexican characters in cartoons, I know some, but I need some help finding more.
Here are the ones I have:
Speedy Gonzales - Looney Toons
Marco - Star vs the forces of evil
Emily - Close Enough
El Toro and Paco - Jackie Chan Adventures
Dora - Dora the Explorer
Diego - Go Diego, go
Honey Lemon - Big Hero 6
Pancho Pistolas - Disney
Tito - Oliver and Company
And those are all the ones I could think of
I'm not counting cartoons where most characters are mexicans like Coco or Mucha Lucha because then the list would be only characters from those few movies or shows.
Also there are many characters who are from somewhere in latin america but it's never specified in the story or by the creators, like Luz Noceda in the Owl House, so I decided to not include those characters, not everyone from latin america is Mexican.
Please tell me any other characters you can think of. The only criteria is that it must be animated and it must have been specified at some point that the character is Mexican or at least have mexican parents. If it wasn't said in the story but someone involved specified it at some point, like an interview, I'm counting it too.
Thanks
