A list of puns related to "List of Teletubbies episodes"
Hi!
I don't know if this would be of interest to anyone here but I work in the kid's media industry; kid's media and especially cartoons are my passion (I'm a kid of the 90's) and I'm doing a podcast about the history of kids shows and how they were made.
The first episode is a short intro about Teletubbies.
In the next episode, I'm interviewing a famous voice-acting director! If there's anything you want to know about voice acting, I'd love to share your questions!
It's called Cartoon Stories - Kids Media History Revealed! it's available wherever you get your podcasts from :D
Let me know what you think and if you have any questions for my guest.
This is a serious question because I distinctly remember seeing it more than once.
In every teletubbies episode, there's a part where one of the Teletubbies gets chosen to broadcast a live action scene. It's usually with a child narrator and something that they were experiencing. In one of them, I remember that a little girl was making hot dogs with her Grandpa, but at one point the grandpa cuts his thumb.
I know what your thinking "that was obviously a hot dog that he was cutting"
I swear to god, I saw a thumb MORE THAN ONCE! Please someone prove to me that I'm not crazy. If i am, can someone please show me some proof so I can finally put my mind to rest on this traumatic scene that keeps playing over and over in my mind.
This has been bothering me forever. Dan says something like " I'm making the cloud ____." I always hear hetgo but that's not a real thing so what is it??? Time stamp 11:15
I really appreciate the responses
I made this response for someone over at the WoT subreddit but I thought I should share. Feel free to add to it or correct me on any.
Fine, lets get into this:
Channelers destroying an army. I like how you gloss over this point like it's already settled that this is fine and makes sense. No it doesn't make sense that 5 channelers (if you told me 12 then sure) linked to defeat thousands of Trollocs. Note, of these 5 channelers only Egwene and Nynaeve have any real power so I guess the one controlling is drawing all their power from this two channelers. Still, I'm thinking of all the things in the books that could've been solved if 5 channelers (2 untrained; 3 non Aes Sedai levels) were this powerful, hell imagine 5 fully trained Aes Sedai. Dumais Wells would've been insta ended before having to involve Ashaman. This fucks the series, forever, now you gotta wonder with every battle, why doesn't 5 Aes Sedai just link and wave the fight away?
Yeah, the Ogier thing was bullshit, he was stabbed by the dagger. For some reason I've never thought about adding this one cause there are worse things in this ep. But sure, thanks for mentioning it, tell me how and who will heal him? Though again I don't mention this once cause I don't remember if he got stabbed by that dagger or not. But if he did get stabbed by the cursed dagger, then tell me, what's the point of the dagger, does it have no power?
Almost dead person getting healed. Yes, that is an issue, but here is why. The problem is not that a near death person was healed, the problem is that it was Egwene doing it and not Nynaeve healing Egwene. Egwene was not a particularly good healer and she required more training to unlock her power, rather than Nynaeve who is the one who can rage channel (or sentimental channel in the show I guess). This is unfixable to me, they mangled these two characters and either made their abilities the same or they didn't think about it and did it this way anyway. To me this is far more egregious than healing near death, after all, everything short of death can be healed.
Because no, it's not those 3 things alone. They killed Agelmar, one of the 5 great captains. Maybe he isn't dead and he is JUST another death fake out, sure. Good luck having people believe in any stakes in this world when you fake out all deaths because you know Loial is not dead. But, killing him like this makes no sense. Speaking of him, they also assassinated his character by making him a dick and
Found this article after a random google. I don't think it is trying to be definitive or anything.
I have only listened to 5 of these, so will check out the other 10 at some stage.

I'm not sure how helpful this is, but since there's been some connections found between Teletubbies and Petscop, I decided it might help to know which episodes of Teletubbies aired twenty years prior to the release of each Petscop video.

I'm still on my first watch-through (I did the Trudy playlist episodes, then the fan favorites, now am filling in the gaps), so it has to be a more seasoned fan than me.

My wife's friend is relatively young (under 30) and has been wanting to jump into Star Trek but she's daunted by the 800+ hours of content. Therefore, I was tasked with creating a list of episodes that would allow her to proceed to the films (which she really wants to see). My wife told me to keep the list to ten or fewer so as to not spook her. I ended up with eight "must watch" and another ten recommended.
Here's my list; bold titles are "must watch" and non-bold are recommended "if you want more":
> "The Corbomite Maneuver"
> "The Man Trap"
> "Balance of Terror"
> "Arena"
> "Space Seed" (I made this "must watch" because she specifically wants to see TWOK)
> "This Side of Paradise"
> "The Devil in the Dark"
> "Errand of Mercy"
> "The City on the Edge of Forever"
> "Amok Time"
> "The Doomsday Machine"
> "Mirror Mirror"
> "The Trouble with Tribbles"
> "Journey to Babel"
> "A Piece of the Action"
> "The Enterprise Incident"
> "The Tholian Web"
> "The Day of the Dove"
This was not an easy list for me to make ... I could have easily recommended thirty episodes total, and I'm sure I'll regret having excluded some episodes as soon as I think about this again. (Some choices were made because of the friend's personal preferences. For example, she's not a big scifi fan really, so I left out time travel shenanigans like "Tomorrow Is Yesterday" and talking-a-computer-to-death episodes like "The Changeling.")
What episodes would you have recommended? (If she comes back to me and wants the same kind of list for TNG, that list will have to be longer than just ten "must watches.")
A while back I started watching Urusei Yatsura for the first time, and for the most part, I enjoyed it...and then I got to the point where they introduced Ryonusuke and her father, and after a couple episodes featuring them, I was like "nope, I don't want to watch this anymore, fuck Ryunosuke's dad". I'm interested in giving the series another chance at some point, but I'm not going back until I know EVERY single episode that Ryunosuke's dad appears in, that way I know to skip them. So...does anyone have a complete list of every single episode he appears in?
So over winter break, I plan to binge a bunch of romance anime and to binge scooby do, however I need a list of all the winter and Christmas episodes and movies, i could search for them manually but I would like to save the time for my scooby do
Just checked out the IMDB page for the show and the cast for all future episodes are already listed. Do you think it's trustworthy or is it prone to change?
You are not allowed to have the episodes on while working or otherwise doing something else like checking your phone or Reddit with the show in the background. You must sit there and watch the Teletubbies and do nothing else for the time it takes to watch 10 episodes a day.
