A list of puns related to "List of Second British Invasion artists"
I just donβt understand how Great Britain could let that happen without putting up a fight. I ask as an ignorant soul, whose only understanding of the conflict comes from Wikipedia.
Is the existence of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus a failure of the British military to protect Cyprus?
(What is the purpose of these sovereign base areas if not to maintain peace and support democratic institutions in other allied nations?)
-Bon Jovi: After their late career comeback in the 2000βs was over they just had albums with diminishing returns.
-The Beatles: Iβve seen people request Let It Be for Trainwreckords and they claim that broke up the band but the band had already broken up prior to that being released so even without that album, the Beatles still would have been done.
-Nicki Minaj: Todd said she still has a huge fanbase and she helped get TROLLZ to number 1.
-Soundgarden: Todd said Down On The Upside would be too easy a target.
-Grand Funk Railroad: Todd has trashed them before but also said the series is βnot for artists who ran out of ideas.β

>βThe United Commonwealth in the late 2040s would be wracked with crisis after crisis. First strongarmed into surrendering the Caribbean, then assaulted in the Falklands, and attacked once again in the Mediterranean, no domain was safe from the depredations of Canada and its opportunistic allies, circling like jackals around the overstretched empire. With wolves lurking at every gate the Commonwealth would be pushed to its limits simply holding the line. The Indian attacks that followed the Second Battle of the Falklands were unsurprising, from this perspective, but strikes against civilians in Australia proper represented a dramatic escalation...

###September 14th, 2047: Little Green Men (On Cruise Ships)
One of the most consequential face-offs of the 2040s would begin fairly innocently: a few cruise ships diverting their courses. Alarms were raised when several patrolling destroyers, apparently privately owned by Canadian PMCs, broke off to escort them. The situation was only complicated when under military pressure, unable to secure the islands, harassed by Canada and its allies, the UCR ceded them to the Netherlands, which quickly called in the invading PMCs as security forces. The result has been rather tumultuous; the islanders themselves, having had no say in the matter, were stunned and disturbed, but the target of this blame has been a target of contention. Disgruntlement at suddenly becoming Dutch is the one constant, with the residents of the islands feeling no loyalty or special favor towards the Netherlands, nor seeing any reason why they should allow themselves to be governed by what is essentially a foreign state. The PMCs are also incredibly unpopular, and feelings of betrayal at the Commonwealth for abandoning them compete with anger against Canada and the Netherlands for forcing this cession. The βBermuda optionβ of independence is being seriously considered by many, but realistic views of the economic situation of the islands have prevented this from gaining prevalence as of yet. The resulting powder keg is something that clearly warrants careful management from the Netherlands.
###October 8th, 2047: Doomed to Repeat It
It was at about this point that Brazil decided that it would be a shame to waste a good crisis and declared war to reclaim los Malvinas. This statement drew widespread confusion, given as Brazil had never actually had a claim to reclaim in the first place
... keep reading on reddit β‘The Invasion of Russia involved hundreds of thousands of troops, with many of them being Germans, Austrians, and other client states that were opposed to Napoleon before. It was pretty clear they didn't really want to serve Napoleon anymore after the total failure of the invasion, so did any of them try to warn the Russians or Tsar Alexander that the French were going to invade? Or did notions of honor prevent that? I also wonder how obvious it was to everyone that Napoleon would invade, and if the Russian scorched earth policy was a contingency plan or mostly made up on the spot once they realized the French would try to loot and seize everything in their path.
Along with all the troops being in the east getting ready for the invasion, how did Napoleon hide the fact he was stocking up food and supplies for the invasion? Did Napoleon really try to make the invasion a surprise, or not bother and simply try to brute force his way through?

I was watching this segment from The Mike Douglas Show featuring the Rolling Stones. While the girls in the audience never reached the the fever pitched frenzy that the Beatles got on Ed Sullivan, there was some short bursts. To reiterate my question, do you think some of the screaming girls were plants put in the audience by agents to hype up the show? Especially if you have any proof of that.
