A list of puns related to "List of Never Mind the Buzzcocks episodes"
I both joined and then stayed on Reddit because of the panelshow subreddit. As a Canadian obsessed with U.K. panel shows itβs my best outlet. Iβve stalked for a while but now need to break my posting v-card because Iβm struggling to find Never Mind the Buzzcocks episodes. My computer is fairly fuck-y so Iβm not able to download episodes.
Any help is appreciated. Any criticism of my posting etiquette is encouraged.
Thanks!
Can anyone tell me where I can find the theme song of Never kind the buzzcocks (the rock version), is it a full song or is it made just for the show ?
This way everyone forget this blunder and the world would be a better place because of it.
It might be just a dream, but the show is so empowering! ππΌ π¨π¦
She has technically seen them, but only a handful of episodes and nothing that she really remembers liking at all.
We've been going through and watching shows with each other that are our respective favorites - one of hers and one of mine. It's my turn now, and she didn't really want to start at the beginning of a 29 season television series - so we made a compromise: I would assemble 10 episodes for us to watch together to see if she would be interested in going further with it or not.
Basically, I want at least one episode that focuses on each family member, and then another 5 episodes to outline the different aspects of what makes this show so great.
Here's what I have so far, and would love some input. In no particular order:
Character-centric episodes:
1. Lisa episode - "Lisa The Vegetarian". Runner up: "Lisa's Substitute"
2. Bart episode - "Bart Sells His Soul". Runner up: "Bart After Dark"
3. Homer episode - "Homer's Enemy". Runner up: "Homer The Great"
4. Marge episode - "Life On The Fast Lane". Runner up: "Marge vs The Monorail"
5. Maggie episode - "And Maggie Makes Three". No real runner up for Maggie, this was pretty clear-cut to me.
Other episodes:
6. "Flaming Moe's"
7 & 8. "Who Shot Mr. Burns Parts 1 & 2"
9. "Cape Feare"
10. "A Star Is Burns"
Thoughts?
I only recently started watching them, I downloaded Tubi. But they have so many, I donβt know which ones to pick. Iβve watched Samurai Cop, Birdemic, Replicas and A Talking Cat? Would love some more pics
As the title says, its surprising in hindsight that as consistently as X-pac was pushed in the upper mid card and as much of a workhorse as he was that he was never given the upper mid card workhorse belt.
There were numerous chances for him to. He could have won the belt from Razor Ramon during their feud, he could have won it from Jericho when they feuded, he could have won it as part of the McMahon Helmsley Faction.
Every other member of DX won it (Shawn, HHH, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, Chyna, even Rick Rude won it) and the remaining members of the Clique won it (again, razor was a multiple time champ and one time Kevin Nash beat him for it.)
That's not to say Xpac never held other titles, he won the European and light heavyweight titles, which are tertiary championships, and he held the tag titles a few times.
And you can't even say he never won a secondary title, as he won the US championship during his brief stay in WCW, and at the time that was still regarded as a prestigious title, at least in Kayfabe.
There's a common discussion among wrestling fans as to who is the "best wrestler to never win a world title", with various qualifiers such as time frame and the prestige of the promotion. For example, I don't feel the winning the ECW championship under the WWE brand makes you a former world champion, sorry Ezekiel Jackson.
This discussion sometimes translates to secondary championships, IE who was the best wrestler to never win a secondary title, but its often clouded with people including former world champs who won their world titles relatively early in their careers. On top of that, these discussions often don't include the US title as a secondary title, often focusing on the intercontinental.
Personally, i think that if you were to remove every reasonable outlier, and asked who was the best wrestler to never win a title while being part of a major north American wrestling promotion with a full time tv schedule, the answer would be Jake Roberts.
But back to X-pac, it's just easy to assume it happened, and he doesn't necessarily have the moniker of saying "he never won it" so we kinda forget he didn't, when he should have. He's not like Dan Marino, where the first thing you associate with him is "he's the best quarterback to never win a super bowl"
These have been deep thoughts with /u/brocky70. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
