A list of puns related to "List of Californication episodes"
Porcelain completely kills the vibe of the album being where itβs placed in the track listing. Donβt get me wrong itβs a great song and the lyrics are pretty damn good too, however, how did this make the album and quixoticelixer and over funk got left off. I think if you remove porcelain and road trippin (donβt get me wrong there either, road trippin is great too) and find a way to shift things around to make over funk fit around the halfway point in the album and have quixoticelixer be the album closer I think it takes the whole thing to an amazing level.
As a constraint, imagine you were showing these 24 episodes to a complete newcomer who happened to care only about Roz. This newcomer doesn't mind if you skip "important" or "popular" episodes that don't prominently feature her ("just fill me in on any non-Roz plot points I miss between episodes", this person says dismissively).
What would you select? Even just one or two episodes, no need to write a whole list unless you feel like it. And why would you select the one(s) you did?
...some episodes are dramatic or even dark...not what you want to watch while sick....others are just uplifting..ie Drama at Grand Canyon or Drama at Jimmy Kimmel
I would of had the same ending but after the scene with car it would fast forward one year and have Hank signing a deal for a tv show with Showtime. It would make sense as well because Raf said to Hank after being cancelled to write a book about his life and the scene later would be Showtime turning his book into a show.
Very simple idea, but I'm curious to see all your answers. List your favourite scene, then episode, and then season. Feel free to explain why as well.

As per title, I enjoy shows about hollywood/showbiz world, mainly mature audience with drugs/swearing/sex etc... and a few hotties don't hurt... Californication and Entourage are probably my 2 all-time favourite shows...
-BE NICE TO YOURSELF! A big part of sickness/pain in general is the anxiety and bad thoughts that come along with it. Go easy on your body and mind. You deserve to be happy and to feel good.
-if you like sweet things, drink some cold (non acidic) juice or some hot tea. If you like salty things, drink some warm broth. (SLOWLY!)
-Get a big glass of water. Take a small sip, then set a timer for 5 minutes. When the timer goes off, take another sip. Keep doing this until the glass is finished so you can get rehydrated and gain back strength.
-If you have the resources to do so, see/call a good therapist! Don't let the addiction/sickness take over.
- If your shower/tub is big enough, put a hot shower on and lie down. The combination of the hot water and the pressure of the water hitting your stomach will be really calming. You can even order one of those inflatable bath pillows to make it more comfy.
-listen to a guided meditation or calming podcast/audio book and practice deep breathing.
-if the weather is ok, open a window and get fresh air.
-take an ice cube or a cold pack and rub it on your face. This helps a lot with nausea and anxiety.
-Talk to a doctor and see if you can get prescribed with Zofran! The stuff works wonders for nausea.
-Lay on the floor and do some stretching if your muscles are sore.
-walk around outside for a few minutes or even just in your house.
-Do something that makes you happy! Watch a movie or something. You deserve it!
Please take care of yourselves. You're not alone in this
Even though they were both great shows and Matt and Hank are basically the same person, I liked Episodes more. I liked the characters more and I just thought that it was overall better then Californication.
He seemed to do a really good job as an overweight druggy, and he was acting!!!
So do you think the reason he hasnt been hired for any long term roles is because he is a liability? I know a lot of times movies switch out stars because they cant get insurance. Do people think that is the case for Artie?
Whitney trying to imply that her mom hasn't washed her hair in 2 weeks-no, Nitwhit, that's YOUR hygiene routine (in the good months where you actually bathe twice). Also, we just know she canNOT wait to "tattle" on her mother to her Dad & try & start a fight (because she is insanely jealous of her own mother). Plus, again, she just HAD to be filmed with her clothes off (first, she had to disrobe to pick up 3 pieces of banana, then to pretend to vomit, then on the Skype with Heather. Put some damn clothes on! You're giving the filming crew nightmares!). The whole deal with Ashley & how many times Whit said "but..." & tried to turn the whole thing around that SHE is the actual victim (a friend said to me, 20 years ago, that whenever anyone says "but" in a sentence, everything they said before the "but" is absolute bs & the truth comes after. Whitney exemplifies this.). Why do I think that she loves seeing her GYON simply because of the internal sonogram? ("Oh, he had sex with me! He put it inside & everything!) Also, the fact that even the medical staff thought it was weird that she had a colonoscopy without any sedation so she, "could feel every little thing". Creepy & pathetic. The conversation & how pissy she became over Heather's ambivalence at being a surrogate. "Uncle Heather", "If I want to move to Paris, I'll move", "you don't need maternity leave"-sure dumbass; just give her a couple hours of recovery from growing, then giving birth to a human. Don't be a wuss, Heather!!π. That she actually entertained for even a second that she is having a "romantic interlude" with Chase. Bitch, please.
If this hungry, horny hippo has ANY fans left after this episode, then every one of them needs to seek psychiatric care. If the show is real, then Whitney is the biggest, most selfish cunt there ever was; if it's completely fake, she's the biggest moron that ever took a breath. Also, yes, Whitney, your body is most DEFINITELY an enormous hazzard to the all medical staff, your "friends", family and strangers in all bodies of water you piss in.
You are vile & simply, have a very evil core.
I'm still on my first watch-through (I did the Trudy playlist episodes, then the fan favorites, now am filling in the gaps), so it has to be a more seasoned fan than me.
The IMDB Channel has all of the Dark Shadows episodes, for free. I love DS but haven't seen all of the episodes. Is there a list anywhere of the best episodes to watch?
My wife's friend is relatively young (under 30) and has been wanting to jump into Star Trek but she's daunted by the 800+ hours of content. Therefore, I was tasked with creating a list of episodes that would allow her to proceed to the films (which she really wants to see). My wife told me to keep the list to ten or fewer so as to not spook her. I ended up with eight "must watch" and another ten recommended.
Here's my list; bold titles are "must watch" and non-bold are recommended "if you want more":
> "The Corbomite Maneuver"
> "The Man Trap"
> "Balance of Terror"
> "Arena"
> "Space Seed" (I made this "must watch" because she specifically wants to see TWOK)
> "This Side of Paradise"
> "The Devil in the Dark"
> "Errand of Mercy"
> "The City on the Edge of Forever"
> "Amok Time"
> "The Doomsday Machine"
> "Mirror Mirror"
> "The Trouble with Tribbles"
> "Journey to Babel"
> "A Piece of the Action"
> "The Enterprise Incident"
> "The Tholian Web"
> "The Day of the Dove"
This was not an easy list for me to make ... I could have easily recommended thirty episodes total, and I'm sure I'll regret having excluded some episodes as soon as I think about this again. (Some choices were made because of the friend's personal preferences. For example, she's not a big scifi fan really, so I left out time travel shenanigans like "Tomorrow Is Yesterday" and talking-a-computer-to-death episodes like "The Changeling.")
What episodes would you have recommended? (If she comes back to me and wants the same kind of list for TNG, that list will have to be longer than just ten "must watches.")
I'll start, I really enjoyed Ben 10,0,10 because it reintroduced 10K and introduced some new aliens I.e. Xerge and Humungoraptor as well as bringing back some old favourites namely: Spider-Monkey, Buzz Shock and 10K Heatblast and Four Arms.
A while back I started watching Urusei Yatsura for the first time, and for the most part, I enjoyed it...and then I got to the point where they introduced Ryonusuke and her father, and after a couple episodes featuring them, I was like "nope, I don't want to watch this anymore, fuck Ryunosuke's dad". I'm interested in giving the series another chance at some point, but I'm not going back until I know EVERY single episode that Ryunosuke's dad appears in, that way I know to skip them. So...does anyone have a complete list of every single episode he appears in?
Ideally also with who the actors will play, but if that isnβt possible it could be nice to start a theory thread and try to ascertain who they might be playing?
