CALLING ALL NCPD SUBCONS AND MILITECH EMPLOYEES/CONTRACTORS, THERE IS A TERRORIST ATTACK HAPPENING IN SOUTH NIGHT CITY INVOLVING THE WELL-KNOWN DAWNBRINGER LEADER JORIS BOHNSON. MANY CIVILIAN LIVES ARE AT STAKE, SO SUBCONTRACTOR PAY WILL BE DOUBLE THE NORMAL RATE.
Joris Bohnson escaped the militech bunker with his explosives, now he's at large planning what is most likely the largest terrorist attack night city has seen since the Night City Holocaust on August 20th 2023. He has himself holed up in an abandoned office complex down in south night city, which is the core home base of the reckoners, so expect heavy resistance and his most experienced elites at the ready to eliminate intruders.

For the picks comparison, I have filtered out the low ownership (but high ratio > 1.2) players (threshold is 2%). If you don't see a player below then it will be because there is not enough ownership or the ratio is not big enough.
