A list of puns related to "Legal Research Foundation"
I'm so pissed off about this. Just had a knock at the door, opened it expecting it to be someone from Auspost dropping off a parcel, masked up and standing at the front gate a good 2.5-3m from the front door as has happened dozens of times throughout the pandemic, so I didn't bother masking up for what I assumed was gonna just be nodding at them to confirm I'd received the parcel.
Instead, it's two unmasked guys practically humping my front door, asking me for a donation. I slammed the door on them, but still got a facial from the closest one. It's not just me, it's my mum and her parents that I need to keep safe. Absolutely livid right now.
I'm asking this because there seems to not be a single entity that offers commercial plastination. I believe there is demand for it because Body Worlds had over 15,000 donors before refusing to accept any more. From what I'm aware of there seem to be quite a few more foundations for cryonics although it seems some of them haven't even shown proof that they've cryopreserved anything. Heck, there is even a place in the United States that offers mummification albeit for a very steep price. Are there fewer legal barriers in establishing a cryonics organization over other preservation organizations? Why are no plastination services offered in United States let alone worldwide? Do some countries have more forgiving mortuary laws than others? I don't really know where to turn to with these questions. I figured this is probably a good start since a lot of you possess esoteric knowledge about preservation practices - any feedback is appreciated!

FACT 1, from on-chain data vendor report: "Cardanoβs free float increased 907M ADA in Q3 2021, a significant increase from Q2, but lower than Q1βs record free float supply quarterly increase of 1.4B ADA. The majority of this quarterβs increase was the result of ADA from foundation controlled addresses into more liquid markets (690M). A further 208M was added to the free float from proof of stake emissions. "

The Cardano Foundation still holds these coins. They just moved them to more liquid markets.
QUESTION: what are more liquid markets?
I remember from part news articles that the Cardano Foundation or IOHK, made a deal with liquid market makers.
FACT 2: " Crypto Liquidity provider Algoz on Tuesday has announced its partnership with Cardano Foundation for providing liquidity ... solutions for the ADA token." https://cardanofeed.com/algoz-to-provide-liquidity-services-to-cardano-s-ada-token-837.html
https://www.reddit.com/r/cardano/comments/ceuc2l/cardano_partners_with_algoz_amazon_uber_must_use/
The deal The Cardano Foundation made should be made public and not hidden like Company Board of directors do. This is blockchain.
FACT 3: +70% are constantly staking. But the ADA market is decreasing for + 3 month now.
QUESTIONS:
On-chain activity shows that again in Q4, the Cardano Foundation probably moved again large amount of ADA's. Maybe again to more liquid markets, again to Algoz...

Whenever an attorney says they have a research project for me, dread fills my soul...I'm probably in the wrong field huh.
Stuck at 56/57 of the collectibles, i have googled and read other threads here. Since Sony is being a capitalistic scumbag who won't give their PS5 users the option to transfer/backup save games onto a USB stick, am i correct in assuming that my only option is to purchase PS+ and use the cloud backup?
I did read about using the system backup thingy, but i refuse to reset my PS5 just for this, and it really shouldn't be needed.
Is there another option for me to use?, thanks in advance for possible answers/feedback!
I graduated law school this last May and currently work as an attorney for a local government agency. During law school I worked for county attorneys and a state attorney general. Throughout my entire legal experience so far I have had access to unlimited legal research because it has all been public interest.
I am looking to transition into the private sector but one thing that I have anxiety about it is how the private sector deals with legal research fees.
I am good at legal research and a good writer, but I fear my skills are based on having unlimited access to Lexis and Westlaw.
Am I overhyping these fears and anxiety? How do you conduct cost-conscious and effective legal research at your firm?
Hello r/postdoc. Is there anywhere that I can find a regularly maintained list of private foundation grants for scientific research?
By now, we all should know what Ketamine does for depression. :)
Now, 2F-DCK is basically a Ketamine molecule where Chlorine atom is substituted by Flourine atom. So, only one atom difference (out of dozens of them). Subjectively, they feel much the same and people report "antidepressant afterglows" from both, though sometimes they say the actual Ketamine is better. Based on what we know from chemistry, it shouldn't be unsafe to consume, at least not more unsafe then Ketamine itself, which carries risks of its own (e.g. bladder damage with extensive use).(This is what I've gathered by reading lots of stuff online, including Reddit posts.)
Purists will say "no RC is safe", and that is true. However, having treatment-resistant suicidal depression isn't exactly safe either, and I was willing to risk my health in order to get better, otherwise I knew what the end result would be (eventually).
So, I found out where to get this substance, and it wasn't too difficult because it's actually quasi-legal is most countries. There are several RC vendors that offer it, but beware, there are lots of fake ones out there!
First time I've taken it, I did a few tiny "lines", maybe 15 mg total. Had a "drug experience" that wasn't overwhelming, and next day I woke up as a different person. Something in my brain had shifted. Five days later, I take a bit more in a similar fashion, and odd enough, I didn't experience much improvement, I just realized I was already doing fairly good.
Now, this is all basically a TLDR version - but I've truly had a suicidal depression and felt like there wasn't much time left for me, if at all, and this was like my last attempt of doing something good for it, and, it really did work. I am still half-depressed and all, but something major had shifted, and I no longer crave non-existence, probably because I no longer experience this huge "invisible burden" that made everything feel dreadful.
(Obviously, these are just preliminary results, after some 10-15 days of taking it, but I find this works, at least in some way. I've tried many antidepressants and what nots, and I've had some success with them, but the side effects would always be worse than the benefit obtained. So I've just given up on taking them.)
To be continued.... :)
Edit:
AN IMPORTANT NOTE: 2F-DCK is also active orally, so no need to snort it! The dosage is rougly the same and you just mix it with half a glass of water. The effects may be different though so I suggest trying

Hi everyone, my name is Ahron and Iβm climbing Kilimanjaro in March with my Mum in support of the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation which is a charity close to our hearts as both my Mum and sister have severe life threatening food allergies.
For those of your that donβt know, it was set up by the family of Natasha Ednan-Laperouse who died in 2016 due to eating a Pret baguette on a flight which had hidden allergens within and prompted the creation of Natashaβs Law in the UK, which requires food outlets to provide full ingredient lists with allergens on all pre-packaged food. They are dedicated to funding ground-breaking medical research into this space.
We will be spending 8 days climbing Africa's highest mountain at 5,895m above sea level and will tackle long days, both high and freezing temperatures and reduced oxygen levels at high altitude.
We are humbly asking for any donations to help support this important charity in their critical mission which I know will impact so many in this group!
Thanks so much
Ahron & Jill
