Lesson learnt. I am now feeling like I am back to square one. So confused, hurt, he chewed me up and then spat me back out again. We went 100 days no contact after a 2.5 year relationship, it was over. I just wanted him so badly but had accepted that he was gone for good. Then I received an email, an email that stated he wanted to speak to me. (I told him to never contact me again unless he was 100% serious he wanted to get back together) so when I received this I thought he was serious, and he was. He even flew out to the middle of the country to see me as I’ve been hiding out away from our town. We had an incredible week together, sight seeing even travelling to an island and getting a nice hotel, I became completely vulnerable again, let all my walls down, he made me think that we were gonna start again. Then I asked the dreaded “so what now?” question. Being the avoidant that he is he recoiled into himself, started making excuses, going back on his word. Saying he couldn’t give me what I wanted, that he loves me so much and cares about me more than anything but he can’t commit again. Now he’s gone, and I am feeling like I’ve been hit by a fucking truck. I love this man and it feels so wrong that he’s gone. These past 3 or so months I was beginning to feel okay again and now I feel distraught, lost, missing him so deeply, confused, weak. Before he left I made him block me on everything again, gave him back some more of his stuff he made me in the past. I never want to cry this much again. I know I will be okay but right now I wish I could turn it all off. I legitimately thought it would be different this time, we were together and now it’s over again, I am the fool. ):

I am speaking for the situation in the United States.

EVERYONE is dealing with attrition issues right now. My former company lost 40% of its people so far this year. My current company is dealing with the issue as well. We all know what's going on in the service industry.

You have a chance to get more money, a better deal for yourself. Don't settle for some 2% performance rated annual raise. Ask for more.

If you don't get it, spend 20 minutes a night applying for jobs (there's a LOT of them) and send networking emails. If you don't have a LinkedIn network, start building one out.

Also don't make the mistake of limiting yourself. I took a massive risk in switching career trajectories for more money, and the job I took contains a lot of things that I'm still learning. It's possible. This is such a rare time and you can make something big happen for yourself.

I personally think Vision was the greatest esports content series ever, and I don't think it's really close. Obviously, Hitch became a full-time content creator, and OpTic haven't really been winning in recent years, but it's such a shame that Roger hasn't stepped up and continued the legacy. He made a few episodes of "The Process" right after HecZ re-aquired OpTic but idk what happened to that. I personally think with the return of LANs OpTic should make another Vision style content series again.

With OpTic not streaming scrims getting to see an inside perspective of their mentality competing this season, with the heartbreaking tournament losses and consistency problems, getting a professional style content series to finish out Major V and Champs would be super dope.

1. TAKE CARE OF YOUR DAMN MARGIN- when hedgies started collapsing the price, a lot of y’all had your positions closed right out from under you due to sudden margin calls that gave little time to react. Make sure your positions have not been bought with with borrowed money. Deposit whatever you need NOW.

2. REMOVE STOP LOSSES- this does not need any more explanation after last January.

3. GET THE HELL OUT OF ROBINHOOD- this does not need explanation after last January. Everybody saw what they did.

4. IF BROKERS KILL THE BUY BUTTON AGAIN, DO NOT SELL. - Lot of people who fomo’ed during the run up probably had no idea about the plans RC had for GameStop or who RC even was, and simply thought this was just a huge pump and dump. They just saw CNBC saying one day GameStop was skyrocketing and jumped on, then shit their pants when the price fell. Well, we’ve had a whole year to research and analyze all about GameStop’s turnaround. GameStop’s market cap should be WAY higher than what it is right now, based on current sales. This is NOT a pump and dump. This is NOT a meme stock. This is an opportunity to get in early on the next company giant. The company will be worth a lot more in the coming years.

5. DRS- hedgies can’t mess with your position if it’s locked up where they can’t touch it.

That’s pretty much it. It will be interesting to see how it will go down if another run up happens, considering what we learned from last January. Lot of folks left robinhood and drs’ed and steeled their nerves and diamonded their hands for up and down movement. Hedgies pulled every dirty trick in the book last January to save themselves, and they will do it again. It won’t work this time though. We already know what they’ll do, so HODL. This stock is, at worst, a long term hold. At best, an opportunity to make millions. It’s a win-win as long as you don’t sell. Do not let them close your position or scare you into selling like last time.

I'm worried things will have changed so much in 4 years that I'll be lost in the game.

I'd like to play as robots but I'm not sure yet if I should go organic -> synthetic or just start off as a robot hivemind from the start.
