Hello, reader! The following is my understanding of what is... complicated with Tahm Kench, at least in my opinion. If you disagree or think I am wrong somewhere, I'm always happy with discussion in the replies as long as it is respectful, and the entire internet is better than a single head. I have started in season 10 and got familiar with him rather quickly, so my experience with him before and after the rework is rather equal in terms of playtime.
This part roughly explains what Tahm Kench does for those that don't know and/or are too lazy to check the wiki. If you are neither of those, you can skip to the summary at the end of this part and miss only my opinions on his abilities.
Tahm Kench is a fat tadpole whose main selling point was that he could outlast almost everyone in a 1v1 due to his health coming back as a shield and his exceptional single target control.
His passive makes his autoattacks and Q deal bonus on-hit magic damage that scales with level and HP, as well as applying fish-stacks that interact with other abilities when there's 3 of them. Bonus damage on autoattacks is pretty straightforward, so aside from it being a rather polarizing increase in damage at the early levels (relative to other champs' autos) there isn't much to mention.
For his Q, He stands in place and lashes his tongue in a given direction, dealing magic damage and slowing the first enemy it hits for 3 seconds. If that happens to be a champion, it also applies the damage and fish-stack from passive, as well as heals Tahm for a portion of his missing HP. Comparable to Mundo's cleaver, and it's pretty much used in the same way.
Additionally, hitting a champion with 3 fish-stacks on them stuns them for 2 seconds, which is the part that makes `Tahm scary - as long as he is autoattacking, he can stun an enemy for 40% of the fight.
His W makes him dive, reappearing at a location after 1.5 seconds and knocking up everyone around him for a second. The 15-ish second cooldown and cast time is compensated by it's big range (about the same as Xerath W), so it is rarely usable as anything other than engage or occasionally waveclear.
His E passively makes part of the damage to his health accumulate as grey health, the same way it does for Pyke. Grey health starts fizzling away after a few seconds of not taking damage, restoring a part of it (45-100% depending on leve

Maybe itβs already common knowledge here that mood disorders like depression arenβt real and are just a sham for big pharma to brainwash people with pills. I think psychosis and schizophrenia are real. But how does one differentiate a person who just happens to have poor impulse control and abandonment issues from a person with BPD? Mental illnesses are diagnosed on a symptoms basis. No brain scans. I donβt understand how people believe in the science of this
Edit: Iβm not saying Iβm an expert by any means; this has just been confusing and bothering me for years as someone diagnosed with bpd and depression. And i donβt know much about psychosis or schizophrenia so donβt really have a full-fledged opinion on those
hello all
there is something that REALLY bothers me with CIG when it comes to military ships in the game, its the simple fact that CIG seems to not know alot about ship classification and that some designer just use words he read once in the past, on top of that the military ships in SC lack basic things that are common in warships since at least 1906.
Chapter 1: Ship nomeclature
in SC every ship that is using components of S4 are classed as "Capital ships" now this also includes smaller vessels in the size area of about 150m lenght with the polaris
thats tiny compared to the Battleships of the UEE, that span to over 2700m size!
Capital ships, or in German "GroΓschiffe" (large ships) are the largest vessels of a fleet, typically these are the battleships and sometimes battlecruisers. heavy cruisers are normally already to small to be named that and so are Destroyers, Frigates and corvettes.
so naming the polaris (a corvette) a capital ship is plain wrong.
CIG cornered themself with that lack of knowledge, however its a easy fix:
Introduce another size for components and shift size names
the new system would look like this:
S5 components are then only to be found on the largest of large ships
and yes, I would be ok if a javelin (a DD) would get them as well as a compromise
but pls dont call Corvettes and frigates (the smallest ship classes of a fleet) capital
Another thing that bothers me is this:
Corvettes are smaller than frigates, so why is the smallest UEE warship a frigate?
The proper order should be:
Chapter 2: Design flaws
if anyone knows a bit about warships they know about the fact that CIG warships are not designed to go to war
these ships have plenty of issues that likely come from a lack of knowledge on the design team.
C 2A: protection
Starting with protection: why is it that the bridges on so many ships are exposed?
yes, I am fully aware; glass is as strong as steel in SC, but thats no excuse to have the most important section of the vessel so exposed where one well placed ballistic round can rip through shields, armor and kill everyone of importance
The fix for

Any ideas, he is disgusted by it and wants it to end.

Obtained along with two others from the CIA under the Freedom of Information Act.
MEMORANDUM FOR:
The Director (blacked out classified), CIA
SUBJECT: Classification of all UFO intelligence files affecting National Security.
As I had discussed with you previously, I have initiated (blacked out classified) and have instructed James Webb to develop a program with the Soviet Union in joint space and lunar exploration. It would be very helpful if you would have the high threat cases reviewed with the purpose of identification of bona fide as opposed to classified CIA and USAF sources. It is important that we make a clear distinction (unintelligible word here) the knowns and unknowns in the event the Soviets try to mistake our extended cooperation as a cover for intelligence gathering of their defense and space programs.
When this data has been sorted out, I would like you to arrange a program of data sharing with NASA where Unknowns are a factor. This will help NASA mission directors in their defensive responsibilities.
I would like an interim report on the data review no later than FEB 1, 1964.

I've just finished getting my insurance to pay for a new set of bras and just had a long and interesting conversation with the adjuster
This only applies to my company but I suspect others are similar.
The company is now using this system to classify macromastia:
1a. Idiopathic condition causing excessive breast growth in a patient with a BMI less than 30.
1b. Idiopathic condition causing excessive breast growth in a patient with a BMI in excess of 30.
2a. Excessive breast growth related to an imbalance of endogenous hormone production occurring during puberty.
2b. Excessive breast growth related to an imbalance of endogenous hormone production occurring during pregnancy.
"Excessive" generally means 3 to 4% of body weight
They require a physician's diagnosis, coded N62. Have your doc use the exact words of your company's classification system and call the bra an "orthopedic macromastia bra."
With just this documentation, they will pay for any accommodation except surgery. I have gotten custom made bras (recently $400) and in the past, gym membership and PT.
This is automatic for all 5 classes except 1b. If BMI is greater than 30, they will resist all payments until BMI is less than 30. The adjuster said this was an inflexible rule. They probably have some legal backup for this.
Now this is really important and your doc may not know this: at least with my insurance company, in determining macromastia benefits, the weight of your breasts is SUBTRACTED from your body weight in determining BMI. In other words, BMI is calculated as if you had an AA cup. This could make a big difference for some people.
He also said that they will pay for just about anything if you say you're considering surgery, which, of course, will cost them plenty.
Getting surgery covered is harder, of course, but needing (and being approved for) the more minor things can't hurt.
For macromastia accommodations other than surgery, my company just requires breast weight more than 4% of body weight, which is an easy standard. Get the doc or nurse to weigh them. My doc just has me stand on a scale and has the nurse lift one breast, record the difference, and multiply by 2. I suppose one could also weigh them by putting one on a scale somehow. Note that surgery approvals use a different definition.
Don't let the doc get into numbers with the diagnosis unless you have to. All I got was a diagnosis and
